What got me was when he pulled up the site to show me the pricing, the spot price had gone up from the number he originally quoted me. He caught it right away and updated my payout without me even having to say anything. That kind of honesty goes a long way it would have been easy to just let that slide and he didn't. Quick, straightforward, and I walked out feeling like I got a fair deal. Definitely coming back next time I have something to sell.

But then the Covid numbers started going up and the trip was postponed for now. But I was sad because I really wanted to get a lil blue box with lovely white ribbon. My friend said let's go to Tiffany's at Scottsdale Fashion Center and I didn't even know we had a Tiffany & Co in the area but said YES! Let's go! After entering the store, we were greeted by James, he was there to help us on our Tiffany experience. I knew what collection I wanted to buy from for my 1st piece of Tiffany & Co jewelry, but truly enjoyed looking and gazing at everything they had on display. James was very friendly and helpful and offered suggestions and told us our experience in the Scottsdale store would be more personal than at the busy flagship store and he might have been right. Excellent service, beautiful jewelry and extremely happy with my purchase and know I will be back for more pieces.

Said ok let's do that. was told to go online & do it myself, with fluffy words of course but when I said, you can't help with that, they doubled down. Solidly told to piss off. That was a missed customer service moment for sure. Sorry to bother you, sheesh. Made my appointment, showed up & was quoted a minimum price of $1000. 1 year after purchase, a bracelet that cost $4150 failed, & they wanted nearly a quarter of the price to fix it? Uh no. That's bananas. Sent it in through the website & after evaluation $290. Got it fixed no problem. Make it make sense Fashion Square. If you don't want to process or perform repairs, then don't offer them. It's not that hard. The only good part of the experience at fashion square was that I was in & out in less than 3 minutes. But I won't give them credit for that. Bye

I have enough handbags so I thought it was time for me to get myself a David Yurman ring. I'm torn between two rings so hopefully my husband will pick the right one. The service I had was outstanding. Tish took care of me and gave me some great suggestions. I was also offered a glass of Prosecco while I was there so that was a very nice touch. My fiancé and I visited the store at the mall in Mesa today. I've had my eyes on a specific…read moresubmariner Rolex for a very long time. I decided to try out certified pre-owned Rolexes and met with John over at that location. We found the watch that I have been wanting for years on the pre-owned listings. He said he could have it to me in two hours if I decided to purchase it. My fiancé and I also decided that we were going to be buying our wedding bands through them as well, so we had a budget of about $12k for everything. The pre-owned Rolex was advertised as the 116613 submariner with an MSRP price of $13,400. The pre-owned sale price was $10,700 and I negotiated the price down to $8711. It was a done deal. John promised me the watch would be there in two hours and I was stoked. I persuaded my fiancé to stick around for this huge milestone in my life and she did. Upon arrival of the watch, we opened the green case and I immediately noticed the off-colored date. I mentioned to John that this should be completely white. He said it was "bad lighting." Then we tried putting on the watch and realized it didn't have the adjustable band. He swept my objections under the rug and promised he would get me another link to fit my wrist and I agreed and walked out of the store with my watch. The certification card said this was a 116613 model and the msrp read $13,400. I walked no more than 20 feet and sat down at a table and was confused. I did more research and come to find out, the submariner I had purchased wasn't the 116613. In fact it was the 2004 model 16613. Off colored date, non-adjustable clasp and an aluminum bezel compared to a porcelain bezel on the newer model. This watch retails for $11,200. Sale price can get down to $7449. I felt cheated. I didn't pay for the older model. I paid for the 116613 that retails for $13,400. Pure example of bait and switch. This defeated my trust in Daniels Jewelry and I immediately returned the watch and canceled our idea of buying our wedding bands from Daniels Jewelry. This is NOT how you do business. Buyers beware.
