I walked in, glanced around, and ended up selecting some new earrings to change out my inital ones with. Ty (sp?) helped me out. She had a special tool to remove the bell shaped backings from my initial piercing (which made me feel better that I couldn't get them out on my own). It was seamless and didn't hurt at all.
