I sold a piece of jewelry, and the owner, Emad, gave me a little extra cash, which I truly appreciated. Emad is very kind, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. He takes the time to explain everything and makes the whole process feel comfortable and trustworthy. It is not always easy finding a place you can rely on when selling valuables, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend Cash-in to anyone looking for fair prices and excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back again.

The clasp on my gold omega necklace broke and having dealt with Gold Vampire/Hawkes and Company…read morebefore, I took it there to be repaired. I picked it up today, and the clasp I selected works perfectly, because it also has safety hinges. I brought some scrap gold and broken silver bracelets to trade in for the repair cost. Abby, who originally helped me when I dropped the Omega necklace off, was there today as well. She meticulously tested each gold scrap and silver bracelet for authenticity and logged everything. She was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate how thorough the procedures and rules are at the Gold Vampire when one sells precious metal. I recommend Gold Vampire/Hawkes and Company for your jewelry purchases and any jewelry repair work needed. Thank you Abby for your help.

I had a very positive experience dealing with the Bullion and Coin Exchange…read more I've purchased both gold and platinum bullion from the Exchange, and always received my orders quickly, along with a tracking numbers sent to me in advance. (I'm 3.5 hours north of the Exchange in Oklahoma City.) So many people get frustrated when their bullion orders don't come in quickly, but they fail to recognize that a) there can be glitches in any delivery system, and that b) most precious metals are shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery. (A consumer has to be both diligent and patient when purchasing precious metals to be delivered on site.) I myself don't care for numismatics, but know many "coin people" in Dallas who patronize the Exchange for collectible coins and other currency. All I've spoken to have had great things to say about their dealings. Their bullion prices are comparable to nearby "big boy" JM Bullion, and the service I've received from the Exchange was equally warm and friendly. (That's always a huge bonus.) Very professional.

Best jewelry designer available in greater Phoenix area…read more After struggling to deal with swollen knuckles and jewelry that would no longer fit, I finally went to see David. My two most important rings had been just sitting in my jewelry box; my wedding band that is engraved and a birthstone ring my Mom gave me for my 21st birthday. I had asked about putting the wedding band on a necklace with links around the band instead of looped through the center of the ring. After a few moments, David said he had a better idea. He wanted to drill through the band and thread a chain through. Plus hang a stone to showcase from it. That pulled in my Mom's ring. I'm absolutely in love with the end result. See picture. Two most important rings now joined and it will be an incredible piece to hand down in family. Thank you David!
