I had another great experience at Cash-in @ Cash-inYourGold.com. This was my second time visiting, and once again I was very impressed. I sold a piece of jewelry, and the owner, Emad, gave me a little extra cash, which I truly appreciated. Emad is very kind, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. He takes the time to explain everything and makes the whole process feel comfortable and trustworthy. It is not always easy finding a place you can rely on when selling valuables, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend Cash-in to anyone looking for fair prices and excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back again. read more

So my mom wanted to sell some of her jewelry after having an unpleasant experience with a steam cleaning company that basically ripped her off. So we were a bit leery about where to go to cash in her jewelry to replenish the funds, she lost. We checked out Cash in your Gold, and after reading some of the very positive reviews decided to check it out. The customer service was excellent. They answered all of our questions, and because I've never done this before and I didn't know what to expect, I was pleased surprised. Highly recommend Cash in your Gold if you're looking to get a fair price and even walk away if you choose to go get a second opinion, but you'll probably be back. thank you for the service and the value and the customer service. read more

Emad was SO helpful and patient! I brought in a lot of my family jewelry, not knowing what all was real or not, some items being damaged, some items I had no intention of selling but wanted to know value of. I did not feel pressured, rushed, or unsure. He made me feel very comfortable and was kind, I was very happy with my trade in offer! Will be back in the future 10/10 read more

I normally go to an unamed place down the road. With all the money spent over the holidays I needed money fast. The usual place I went to was closed till after the 2nd of January, which did not work for me, so I figured why not try Cash-In Your Gold. I raced over after work and made it in right before they closed. The owner Emad greeted me with a smile and personally helped me. Emad was very quick, efficient, friendly, clearly knowledgeable and gave me the absolute best price around for my scrap jewelry. He had a great attitude and unlike many other places I have been to genuinely seemed thankful for my business. His family has owned their business for 16 years and I can see why they have stuck around for so long. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone especially if you are like me and want to support local, family owned businesses. Thank you Emad you really helped my family and I and I will definitely be in again soon. Happy New Year! read more

I had several necklaces and rings that I no longer wear and the reviews for this store were amazing so I gave it a chance. The proprietor was knowledgeable, walked me through how he was testing my jewelry, gave one back because it was not in fact gold and gave me a good price for what I was selling. Also, a genuinely nice person. I would definitely recommend to anyone. read more

GREAT Place to sell your unwanted/old GOLD ! Emad gave us the best price !

Great company! Thanks for making the process quick and easy. While the buyer was reviewing my items, he explained what he was looking for and how to tell the difference between real items and fake ones. This place also does a wonderful job at making sure it's a Covid save environment! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO'S LOOKING TO SELL THEIR GOLD! I finally went here yesterday after reading reviews from fellows yelpers, and I was very pleased. First of all, the room was very clean and smell really good. Emad greeted me very kindly and asked me what I need and I told him I want to know how much my gold worth. After he did his "science experiment" on my bracelet, he pulled out a gold rates and showed it to me. He explained how he got the number and the price he offered me, and I can tell you it is a very good price! So then i decided to sell my bracelet on the spot. I'm so glad I came across this place and couldn't be any happier to leave a 5star review! read more

Have gone to this business 3x in the past month during so-called "business hours" and it's never open. I really wanted to try here due to previous rave reviews. It's very disappointing. I've tried calling and either get busy signal or a voicemail. Today the sign on the door said open, the lights inside looked like they were on but the door was locked and no one to be seen. Knocked and no one. read more

I highly recommend this establishment for buying any gold or silver you have. The gentleman was extremely friendly. I will return if I ever need to sell any jewelry. read more

It was indeed a pleasant experience doing business here. The gentleman who helped me was very patient with my questions and took time to repeat what he said and help me make a comparison with some of the top dealers. He did not become impatient or defensive when I wanted to take the quote for comparison shopping. He appeared sincere and personable. I believe I received a fair price for the pieces I presented. read more

I decided to sell some gold I had and googled places I could go. This place came up with good reviews, so I then went to the BBB website and checked their record. That was good too, so I decided to stop in. Great customer service. I felt I was the most important customer while I was there. I was given some prices on my gold and was very happy. I will definitely be back here and I will tell everyone about this place! read more

Have sold my gold to Emad, again and many other times. Emad is a true professional who knows jewelry, gems, and can reconize gold easily. Emad then tests my gold and gives me the most money for my gold(no gimmicks, no coupons). Emad gives me a price and then rounds up that number, so I get more money. This is the only place I go to sell my gold. read more
