This location is at the Fashion Square Mall is Scottsdale, AZ. I would say park closer to the Dillards and Macy side. It's actually in a good spot close to the food court and bathrooms. I pretty much knew what I wanted so it was quick and easy. The sales associate did ask if I wanted some water or a drink but I was ok. The selection seemed ok for being so close to Christmas. The store was pretty busy but there was the right amount of sales associate's per shoppers. It was quick and easy ! read more

My husband purchased a pearl ring for me as a wedding gift. Two months later for Christmas he bought me another pearl ring from David Yurman to stack with the first one. Because these are pearls they aren't worn everyday, really I wear them for special occasions. 14 months after purchase I put the right on one day and later in the day I looked down and a pearl was missing. I called them and they said I would need to bring it in to be shipped off for repair. They also informed me the repair would be at my cost. This was surprising as I thought they would have stood behind their product. I did some brief googling to see is they warrantied their jewelry and based on the results they only offer a very limited warranty on defeats in materials and workmanship. It does not cover lost stones. If the stone has been placed securely when made in my opinion proper workmanship, it should not have come out. So please know before you drop that money you will need to insure the piece to cover any lost stones etc. read more

Went into the store tonight to look for a ring with my sister. Let me tell you, my sister and I had a long day being at the Mayo Clinic. So we looked awful. We walked in and Cindy helped us look at a couple rings. We said thank you and we may be back. Got some more shopping to do. We did that and then decided to return to buy the ring. We walked in and right away Cindy said I have your ring right over here. She said I knew you would be back. She made us feel so good, first she didn't judge the way we looked. Even after leaving the first time. Then coming back in and her holding the ring for me without me asking. Made our evening and made us feel so special. I love David yurman but this store is garbage. Took in a bracelet to be repaired. The associate acted very put out that he had to help a customer. Told me I would be contacted in about 2 weeks with what repairs would be done. It's been 4 weeks and no one can give me a straight answer. This is ridiculous. read more

I decided to experience this location prior to reading any Yelp reviews as to not bias myself prior to my experience. When we arrived, we were ignored by at least 4 staff members until we had made an entire lap around the showroom. We then asked to see the men's jewelry, to which they pointed to a tiny corner of the room and said, "over there." We made our way into the small space of men's jewelry and found the item we were looking for on their website. The sales person we had was very cold and didn't try to sell us anything. She couldn't care less if we purchased anything in her store. Being that I really wanted the item, we purchased the tiger eye bracelet and had it shipped back to our home on the east coast. When we pointed out a company promotion which listed their location as one of the participating boutiques, she had to take my personal phone back to her manager to verify the validity of the promotion and had no idea that her location was offering the discount. I am extremely satisfied with the product I received, but I am very unsatisfied with the attitude of the sales people at this location. There is no feeling of genuine care from the staff. Such a shame too!! Later that day, I decided to read the reviews of this store on Yelp to see if I was just making a mountain out of a ant hill, but no I wasn't. I was vacationing in Scottsdale and enjoying the beautiful mall. I found a lovely piece at David Yurman, but I didn't want to purchase on impulse. The next day I decided to purchase and cut activities short to go back to the store. The sales associate spent time chatting and telling me more about the piece. I decided to buy it, gave her cash. About 10 minutes later she came back, and told me the piece was the wrong price. Rather than honoring the price on the piece, they offered me a 20% discount, stating I should be "happy" with that since they never discount their jewelry. I declined, then they suggested a "similar" piece... not even close. Yellow gold as opposed to white, different design, etc. Poor management, poor product knowledge, poor customer service. I will not be returning to this store. I"ll take my DY business to Bloomingdale's, where I'm rewarded for my purchases and customer loyalty. read more

Some of the employees regularly fail to greet, acknowledge or assist customers. Perhaps it stems from the culture of the store, lack of training and/or an unwillingness to multitask. Today, I waited to pick up one order and make an additional purchase as at least one employee missed multiple opportunities to acknowledge my presence. I love their jewelry. However, the staff is very rude. The first time I walked in to buy my fiancé's engagement band, one of the representatives asked his colleague if she would like to help me and she said "no not really but I guess". After I spend $2000 at the store, they never called me to pick up the earrings I ordered and I when I called two weeks later, they claimed to have left me a voicemail. When I went in to pick up my earrings after having to call them to make sure they arrived, the lady who helped us originally did not recognize us and directed us to her manager who pretended to recognize us and then ask my fiancé if he has a twin brother. Oooohhh.... Shiny objects! David Yurman is my favorite jewelry designer, and I was pretty excited when this store (the first and only Yurman store in AZ) opened a couple of years ago. Since then, I have visited more times than I like to admit - sometimes to buy and others just to daydream. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, but never pushy. I especially like that they will offer to clean my other Yurman pieces while I browse. Their special attention makes even the pieces I wear nearly every day look new! :) One thing to note - while the store has an impressive selection of beautiful creations, it seems that many of the items on display are the most expensive version of the collection. I prefer the simpler pieces, which aren't always up front and center. That said, if you are looking for a particular something special, don't be afraid to ask! On a couple of occasions I have gone in looking for specific things that I didn't see displayed, and they were available from the drawers behind the display cases. They also due to the price of the merchandise take time to explain the why's behind questions you have on sizing etc. I purchased a green onyx bracelet from here after viewing it a number of times. The associate explained the new cable the beads sat on to me eliminating breakage on older models. I then inquired on a necklace and we determined that 22 inches is about appropriate size. Make sure that you love what you are buying here: return policy is within 10 days for store credit. You also definitely pay for the David Yurman name. On an impressive note, I asked what if my bracelet broke after the ten days. The associate told me to specifically ask for him and he would make it right. My fiancée and I had the most bizarre experience there, that we have ever had at any business. We walked in to look at wedding bands for men and we were promptly greeted and asked how we could be helped. A lady walks us to a display that has maybe 6 different rings in it. Nothing catches our attention so she says she has some more at another display. We follow her there and there are only a few rings there also. She then opens a drawer where there's a case with many rings and another one with another case. We had shown her a picture of a ring to give her an idea of what we were looking for. She got one ring out which we didn't like, so we asked: Why don't you take out the entire case and show us what you have. Here's the kicker! She said: We don't do that!
