Robbins Brothers never disappoints on service…read more December came and went so fast I missed taking our rings in for the annual inspection. I called and the kind associate said no problem. (My words). I combined appointments while in Scottsdale from the West Valley. Frieda was the first to welcome and greet me upon entering. Welcome to AZ! I appreciated her hospitality. She is truly an asset to your company. Ian checked me out and offered a pouch the place the rings in. He is also a great representative of the excellent service we have experienced since our purchase in CA. It might be time for an upgrade. ;-) Thank you Robbins Brothers!!

I like that it's a secure building but still with an air of welcoming. The agent who assisted us was very kind and friendly. They were able to complete the service in an hour - which she had said it would be. They have a very comfortable waiting area with water, tea, coffee and a TV where you can control the channels yourself. The whole facility was pristine - even the bathrooms. We waited there the whole time and even though my toddler was trying to destroy the nice people's place (I did not let him), we felt comfortable the whole time. Another agent even came over and entertained my toddler for a few minutes which I thought was so sweet, because he really did not have to. I really appreciated them being able to help us out right away and get us on our way quickly.

My husband, Steve, & I purchased diamond earrings & a diamond pendant w/ chain from Diamond House…read morein 2011. At the time, we purchased what our budget allowed, & now it was time for an upgrade. On Monday, May 6, 2019, we took our original appraisal & receipt & met with the owner, Gabby. We had a thorough discussion & explained I wanted larger earrings, that were more similar in style, color, & quality to the diamond pendant. Years later, we returned to Diamond House because of their 100% return arrangement toward future purchases. After looking at several options, we agreed on a pair that were just what I was hoping for. We were so surprised when Gabby suggested we have lunch next door at the Italian restaurant, S & V. He offered us a complimentary appetizer, & we ordered the Garlic Knots. Fabulous! We enjoyed great service & a delicious lunch. Later when we returned to Diamond House, our new selection was ready, complete with the new appraisals. Of course, I wore the diamond earrings & pendant home & kept them on the remainder of the day. We felt very satisfied with the price. It was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend Diamond House to anyone who is looking for a special gift to treasure. Therese P. of Phoenix, Arizona.

The service I had was outstanding. Tish took care of me and gave me some great suggestions. I was also offered a glass of Prosecco while I was there so that was a very nice touch. Hopefully my husband will go back and get the ring that I like. I'm praying he will see the matching earrings and get those as well!

I cannot recommend this store enough!…read more My fiance and I went in to shop for rings before getting engaged. They began by explaining their process, and that they do not earn commission. That immediately made us feel better, and that we wouldn't be pressured to make a choice. They explained their trade in value and their lifetime free cleanings where they inspect it too. Truly, Shane Co. puts so much care into their customers! We were able to try on as many as we wanted, look at different carats, and get all the attention we needed. They also saved everything we were interested in into our account, so that when I called a few months later to buy his ring, they already had the exact ring and size he was! Even though I was in another state, they were able to send me a secure payment link. I am truly so happy with the experience and all the workers that helped us.
