I am so glad I did! I have been looking for an authentic turquoise necklace for a long time. I met Elka, one of the owners and she shared that many of the pieces are made in house, I could see the workstation of the artists in the back. After sharing with her what I was looking for she helped me start to try on different pieces. The issue wasn't finding the " right " piece it was settling with just one! Alas - decision made I left with this gorgeous necklace handmade in house! I also saw so many other incredible pieces- a mosaic watch, festive earrings- you name it! I am looking forward to my visit next time I'm in AZ. Highly recommend coming in!

Thank you so much to Latino Jewelers in Mesa for helping me re-create this charm. Losing the…read moreoriginal -- the only physical thing I had left from my dad -- was devastating. It meant the world to have something that connected me to him, and when it broke and the other charm was lost, I was heartbroken. Being able to remake it brought me so much comfort. I'm deeply grateful. While I was there, I also traded in some old gold jewelry -- a bunch of rings -- and picked out a beautiful bracelet. I love being able to negotiate and barter when we both have something meaningful and valuable to offer. It felt personal, fair, and old school in the best way. Poder rehacerlo me dio mucho consuelo. Estoy profundamente agradecida.

Since then I have moved to a house and I tried another jeweler in my new area, I took a necklace for a repair and I was so unhappy with the repair work as well as customer service.. I love all of their pieces as well as the prices! They are great at repairing, making custom pieces, and altering existing jewelry! Everyone here is very friendly and happy to help!! Avery helped us out and we also got to talk to Monda and Daniel, they are all amazing!! Very knowledgeable about the ring, about the quality of the diomand and about insurance. They weren't reciting a sales pitch, this was a genuine interaction where they cared about us, what we were looking for and answered any questions. My fiance and I felt comfortable bringing up concerns. The atmosphere here was very welcoming. When we came back to pick up the ring (it had to be resized) they remembered us and really treated us like family. They made sure the ring was top quality when it came back, they took extra steps to make sure it looked flawless. I don't think a lot of places would do that, so I really appreciate them taking care of us. The design of the ring itself is BEAUTIFUL. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Maya Caroleena has a lot of pretty pieces, but this one stole my heart!! I am extremely happy with how sparkly my ring is. Not just the main diomand is eye catching but also the side diomands sparkle! The details on this ring is STUNNING. So, so happy that we found Maya Caroleena.

I had picked out two options for her online, and she ended up falling in love with one that was the exact same necklace I chose for my birthday. We were looking for the Melody Bird Gold Multi Strand Necklace, which was sold out on Kendra's website. We learned from calling another AZ location in Scottsdale that if a store had the necklace in stock, they could ship it for free within the state. I called the Kendra Scott Chandler store, and Penelope was the person who helped me. She went and checked multiple spots on the floor to find the necklace I described and verify the look was correct. Then she went over the shipping and payment details with me and even helped us get my mom's birthday discount. 3 days later, the necklace arrived, and my mom was overjoyed. We now have "twin" bird necklaces thanks to Penelope's help. Thank you so much, Penelope! Next time I'm in AZ, Mom and I will come visit the store in person to see their Kendra Scott selection.
