Right from the beginning Stephen from Premium Cabinets handled our kitchen remodel with…read moreconsideration for both my budget and my wife's dreams:-) We got several quotes and the over all feel we got after our first meeting with Stephen was that we would get a honest job out of him and his crew. As the project progressed they worked in a very timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure my wife was happy with every little detail ever step of the way:-) We will never do another kitchen remodel because we now love our kitchen but will definitely be recommending Premium Cabinets to everyone we like.

She made sure to answer all of our questions and assured us she would take care of us and hold our hand along the way if needed. It was this attention to customer service that made us trust them. She helped us every step of the way and made us feel like our project mattered and didn't just treat us as another business deal as other cabinet places made us feel. She helped us pick the cabinets, countertop, backsplash and designed it for us. When the project started the people they sent were professional and attentive to detail. David (foremen) knew how to do his job and even cleaned up everyday he left. He took my opinion and made sure I was happy with the kitchen. He paid attention to his work doing things right and not like most installers that cut corners. Overall I am super happy with my remodel. I highly recommend them and cant say enough about David and specially Briana. She is the person who made this work and checked in making sure i was happy all the way to completion.

We had a vision for the cabinets, countertop and design we wanted. The team worked with us to bring it to life and made thoughtful suggestions on how to improve the flow and use of each cabinet. They helped us design the optimal kitchen flow and a nook to tuck our fridge away. They were able to make an appliance garage for our coffee station - which was our top wish list item. They worked with us to pick between countertop options to help us stay within our budget. We also used their help to buy tiles and LVP flooring for our entire home reno. This is a family owned business that cares. Thank you Yeshoda, Zabi, Omar and team!

2 stars because the girl who pointed out to me a couple remnants was very sweet, nice and polite…read more A very strange policy they have is you have to deposit $100 for them to SHOW you a slab remnant. One was easier to see but was very dirty from being outside so couldn't be inspected for damages. The other was sandwiched in between multiple other slabs so you could only see the top 5 inches or so of a 5'x 4' slab. But they wouldn't move it out to see unless you guaranteed to buy one of them (which you couldn't see) with a $100 deposit. So to see the slab, it will cost you $100. If there is damage or the colors don't match your tile (which I had in hand to match), you're out $100? For checking? I've been to numerous stone places throughout the inland empire and in OC and have never come across this policy. Interesting indeed.

Poor Quality, Incomplete Installation & Lack of Communication…read moreVery disappointed with the quality of the cabinets and, especially, the installation. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting kitchen renovation has turned into a frustrating experience. The workmanship and attention to detail were far below what I would expect from a professional cabinet company. The photos speak for themselves: Cabinet doors/handles were installed unevenly, with visible differences in alignment. Cabinet interiors were left with unfinished/incomplete work, including missing shelf-pin holes needed to properly adjust the shelves. There are visible holes, damage, and rough areas inside the cabinets that should not be present in a new installation. The backsplash/stone was installed without properly accommodating the existing electrical outlets, leaving the outlets without the necessary openings to install the cover plates. Several aspects of the installation appear unfinished and require additional work to make the kitchen properly functional and presentable. The installer had extreme difficulty communicating in English, which made it very difficult to explain concerns, discuss the installation, or have issues corrected as they were identified. What is particularly frustrating is that when I brought these issues to the company's attention, instead of simply taking responsibility for completing the installation properly, I was told that some of these issues were supposedly someone else's responsibility or would require additional payment. I paid for a professional cabinet installation. I should not have to accept visibly poor workmanship, incomplete installation, or pay additional money to have basic aspects of the installation completed correctly. The pictures included with this review are not minor cosmetic complaints--they show the actual condition and quality of the work I received. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully inspect every cabinet, door, shelf, handle, outlet opening, and finished surface before making final payment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Very disappointed with the workmanship, communication, and the company's handling of the issues.

This company must have so much business they are just not talking to new customers. I sent a picture of the area I need cabinets with measurements. He said he would get back to me that day. They never did and I called the following day and the gentleman was out of office. I send another text the third day and no response. Sent a text the 4th day and no response. Called the 7th day and no answer. Just shocked that a business operates like this. Sad because a business I work with highly recommended them and now they will be losing their business too.

Had very high hopes after experiencing several very snobby places where the employees walk around…read morewith high heels and fancy drinks, but won't show you a piece of rock without an appointment or a contractors license. Then they won't give you a price without an installer. Arizona was quite different, they show you this consistent and beautiful piece of stone for a fantastic price, but the surprise comes when you agree to purchase one of the many to be seen. They said, "those are all sold at $1560 each, but I have these for $3000 each. I compared the $1560 pieces an the $3000 pieces and no one (not even the sales rep) could tell the difference. Only the price. The rep said come back in a week and we'll have 10 additional pieces of new stock. We returned the following week and I immediately noticed the many he'd said were already sold were still on display as he brought out the new stock which barely resembled the other. The rep showed me the contract to place stone on hold which clearly stated that sold stock would be removed from the showroom floor (yet it wasn't). It's clear to me they keep the beautiful rock for viewing only, so as to bait and switch buyers either into buying the ugl/inconsistent stone or doubling the price for the other. In the contract they show they only will hold stone for 30 days, so I asked the rep to tell me how long the 12 beautiful $1560 he'd claimed were on hold had been on hold. He became perplexed and frustrated claiming the company wasn't doing anything unfair (which only confirmed that's what they were being). Arizona clearly protects their biggest buyers by hoarding the finest stones, plus they keep only the finest stones to view, not to purchase by small time customers. What a racket, sad. se
