Finally, the first company/person to answer their phone was George of Brookside Electric, North Bend. I explained what happened the night before as well as other electrical issues leading up to the final shut down. Over the phone, based on my explanation, George stated what the issue could possibly be. However, he'd have to come out and assess the situation. George came over that same evening! Unfortunately, the fuse box/panel would have to be replaced:( Thankfully, within a couple days, George and crew were able to replace the fuse box/panel and we had electricity again!!! After further discussing, with George, the prior events leading the shut-off; I asked George if he would consider sharing his assessment and knowledge of the situation to our insurance company (as we also were in the process of working thru a tree having fallen on house...). Upon George speaking with insurance company, they reimbursed us the FULL cost of the electric repair. THANK YOU GEORGE and Brookside Electric for your prompt, trustworthy and professional work!
