So far, so good... Then a couple weeks later when we were ready to have the work done, I called Crawl Space & Attics NW. I called in the middle of the day, during their listed working hours. No one picked up and it went straight to voice mail. I thought it was no big deal and I left a voice message letting them know I needed to get that work done and gave them my contact information (which they should have had on file from the estimate). No one called me back all day. I called them again several hours later and a lady picked up the phone, took my info (and no mention of the voice mail I left earlier), and said someone would give me a call back later that day before the company closed to set a date. No one called me back that day. Afterward, I called two more times during working hours on other days. No one picked up and once again I left voice mails with my info, being polite but stressing the urgency of needing to get the work done soon (as I was selling the rental home). In the end, I have been very disappointed with this company. It is not that hard to call a customer back, and the fact that they don't appear to care about returning calls or booking new business raises serious questions about how the company is run. But it has worked out better for me. After not getting called back by Crawl Space & Attics NW, I called another company and I got ahold of a live human being. They were very nice, came out the next day to do an estimate which ended up being $600 less than the estimate I got from Crawl Space & Attics NW (even with their 10% off coupon)! And that company was able to come out the next day to get all the repairs done. Had Crawl Space & Attics NW called me back and did the work they proposed, I would be giving them a 5 star review and would have given them even more of my money. However, if this is the way they treat customers, they won't be in business that much longer.

As the price was too good, I called the company to confirm the quote was accurate. I explained the issue to the receptionist again over the phone, and she told me it's gonna be quoted price for sure. On the day of the appointment, the electrician told me the $79 was just the trip fee, and the actual cost to fix the problem was going to be another $169. I told him my communication with the receptionist over the phone, but he simply said a receptionist can't quote for him and when I rejected the price, he left. I then called the company to talk with the receptionist about the incidence, she flat out denied ever telling me the price was $79. UPDATE: after putting up this review, I called the company again, telling them I have the screenshots of their " flat rate" quote. The company asked me to send them a photo of the screenshot and they will investigate and get back to me.I did. I didn't hear back until today, seeing bel-Red's unapologetic response below. Shortly after installation, I expressed concerns that the AC is not cool/cold for my house and my bedroom upstairs reach's 80F+ even with AC on. AAA came back and said nothing was wrong and even said oh maybe your builder should have installed 2 HVAC systems. I actually questioned their experience as the crew came out for an assessment based on my house sq footage and recommended this unit for my house and I was later told by another tech that the is AC unit is a bit small for my house.. unsure whether they were trying to sell some other unpopular units to their clients. Fast fwd, I hired another company for maintenance today and was told and shown that there were rust and water in my unit and the Inducer has a crack due to POOR gas pipe installation by AAA. Also, the tech told me AAA should have put in a bigger AC unit for my house instead of blaming I need another HVAC. Hence, AAA did not have experience staff to do initial assessment to determine AC BTU/Ton size and their installation was POORLY done!

Toward the end of this block of time, I called to check in and found out that he had completely forgotten. We rescheduled for early the next day. A few hours later he called back to reschedule again since he had gotten a big client. Ok, I can understand that a big client gets precedence over my little service call. We agreed that he would just come by later in the evening, since the leak probably shouldn't wait another day. Half an hour later, he called to reschedule again. All in all, a complete pain in the neck. Go elsewhere.
