All bathrooms, exterior plugs, kitchens and garages have to have their outlets gfci protected. Most times they'll wire these in series so if one gets tripped the whole circuit gets tripped. I'd check every of those areas for a tripped gfci. I've seen a bathroom gfci be the reason the outdoor plugs aren't working. The issue I had with Greentop is the warranty registration, which was incorrectly registered with my name and contact info as the dealer. I traded a couple e-mails with Vera and was then ghosted. I ended up calling the manuf myself to have them at least correct the name of the dealer on my warranty registration to Greentop. They advised they couldn't change the contact info. I'm hoping I don't have any warranty issues down the line due to their error.

Went with Goat to replace the furnace as well as an aging air conditioner with a new heat pump and furnace. Great service, got it installed quickly once Andrey received it. Price was great and very competitive with the other ones. House is warm and toasty, and energy bills are lower with the heat pump providing heating when it's not cold enough for the furnace.
