Grant Tyler is a competent electrician who is willing to brainstorm specific solutions for complex scenarios. Over the past few years, Grant has done various projects around the house (Issaquah, WA) for me, mostly at very short notice. He has installed a 100 amp outdoor sub-panel powering our 50 amp, 240 volt electric car charger and 30 amp, 240 volt air conditioner. He has also installed various LED lights, smart switches, bathroom fans, etc. over the years. After testing all these installations every day for many months, I can personally attest to the quality and longevity of Grant's work. All of his work looks perfect and works exactly as it should. Our car is happy and so are our lights, A/C, fans, and of course us. He is like a minimally-invasive surgeon in his ability to do installs through the attic and crawl space, and tap power using the existing holes in your wall, so the work ends up looking clean and perfect from the get-go. Purchased a home with the electrical work done by All Wire. We noticed mold around the electrical…read morepanel and had several different electricians as well as city technicians come over to take a look. Turns out the service work that All Wire Electric did (one that should last 5+ years) began failing catastrophically within 2. The panel was removed to reveal heavy water leakage INTO the panel, causing a severe safety concern. This would have been bearable if after contacting them, they felt that they could come address it. Not only were they not willing to make logistics work to have somebody to even inspect it until 2 weeks out, they were unwilling to apply a warranty to it and were planning to charge me in full for the repair. So if you're good with a company that won't stand behind their work despite posing a dangerous safety concern to your at home residents because it's "outside their 1 year timeframe", then feel free to use them. If you'd prefer not risk being blown up, I'd recommend another set of folks.
