Phil and David are great! Having had several pest control services over the years, I would rate AlphaOmega at the top. Normal bi-monthly service is like clockwork and their communication is great. When there have been one-off issues with ants or mice, they have handled them with no additional cost and even came out to clean up the traps once the mice were caught. Highly recommended! read more

Best company ever. I've used them seasonally, yet am treated like a full time regular customer. I know it's started to get hot here and all creatures want to come in to cool off. Unfortunately, I am allergic to every creature out there. We are so fortunate, to have access to a business like this. Thanks again Alpha Omega. I will be enjoying my outdoor yards and the hot summer. HAPPY CAMPER here. read more

I called Phil a few days ago to let him know of our problems at our house, spiders and earwigs have been our biggest pests! Mainly earwigs. Anyways, he said he'd be by at 4 the next day, he was on time, early even, and immediately took a look around our house and the outside! His knowledge of pests and the things he'd be using on our property, and all of the experience he had, had us immediately sold! Such an incredibly great price too. He was very kind and very patient- I had a lot of questions and I tend to talk a lot. anyways, I highly recommend them! So far we haven't seen any earwigs that are alive nor spiders! read more

We've continued with Alpha Omega now for about 2 years, and still couldn't be more happier with them. Phil and his son David are nice, professional and go the extra mile if I have an issue like unexpected ants after the first rain‍. Also recommend them. read more

I don't really have anything new to add that hasn't been said already - so, ditto to all the previous reviews. The top 5 pluses would be: Very Reasonable Pricing, Very Knowledgeable, Punctual and Prompt Service (he came to my house within an hour of my initial call), Friendly, and Compassionate. Got a pest problem? Call Phil! All the thumbs way up read more

Moved to a new house and had a small mouse problem but a big black widow problem. Spoke with Phil and got a quote for bi-monthly service. David (Phil's son) showed up on time at our scheduled appointment. He laid some traps/bait and sprayed the house. We have not had an issue since. David sends me a text the day before he shows up so I make sure he has access and the dog is locked up. David is a laid back and nice guy and does a efficient and thorough job. Great father-son team that is honest and does the job right. Highly recommend! read more

Had a rodent problem and had Phil come by. He put traps down and said that would resolve the issue. When I asked what if it didn't he assured me that he would keep coming out until they were gone. Long story short he only came out only one more time and disappeared after that. None of his traps ever caught a single thing. I ended up putting my own traps out and caught several rats. Also, he told me he doesn't do any of the work preventing entry into the house so any vents, door jambs, etc and you're on your own (I ended up ordering Xcluder from Amazon). Disappointing service and a lot of money for the 6 or so traps he left behind when he never came back. read more

Excellent service and great guy. He was flexible with my schedule and was on time. Very honest and informative about everything. I highly suggest this service. read more

I used him as I read about all the great reviews. They were right. Phil is the woner and a very honest guy who told me before he came out that the wasps wouldn't be dead forever and that they would need additional maintenance. He came out and did a great job, was on time, and very professional. I am now using him on a regular basis. He is local from Galt and stated that he would come back earlier if needed but the wasps have went to my neighbors house now. Top notch. read more

Phil is the best in the business. He is truly honest with you and knows exactly what to use on the issue you have. Don't look any further for your pest control services! read more

Whenever I have any bug/pest problems I always go to Alpha Omega for help. Phil is awesome and always comes right over to help me with the problem I am having. His services are affordable and he is very professional and friendly. He does a great job with the work but also educates me as the customer as to what to expect and whatnot with the bugs and the seasons. Last time he came my daughter watched through the window and dressed up saying she wanted to grow up to be a "Bug Guy" when she grew up. I have been nothing but happy with the outcome of Phil's visits and the issues I am having are always resolved. Highly recommend to all looking for quick and affordable services when it comes to bugs! I have referred his company to other moms I know and they have used his services as well and were satisfied. read more

Phil was awesome from the first call to ask questions. Our appointment was made and he arrived on time. We were very happy with his service and will definitely use him in the future. read more

Phil (owner) and his son are exactly what you want in an exterminator. Knowledgeable, professional, prompt and thorough. These guys basically saved my marriage when my wife freaked out over a few bugs. Maybe I'm exaggerating. Either way, they showed up two hours later which saved me from another argument so that's worth twice as much as they're charging! If you're looking for an exterminator, your search ends with these fellas. read more

Having a rodent problem and never having dealt with a pest control service before I checked reviews and gave Phil from Alpha Omega Integrated Pest Management a call. He was here in two minutes, no seriously, two minutes. Hopefully this will take care of my problem, fingers crossed! read more

Phil's response time is fast. His service is excellent. I needed him to get rid of black widows so someone could check out the crawlspace safely. He took the time to listen to my needs, took care of the problem, and I was so pleased I'm having him come out every 45 days to keep my home safe and pest free. Thanks Phil! Oh, and his son... also very professional. read more

Phil did a great job adressing all our bug issues! We live in the country have kids and lots of critters. It has been an especially bad year w the bugs. So we decided to get a service but when I called around everyone wanted an insane amount and required contracts. When i spoke to phil he seemed like a reasonable down to earth guy who isn't trying to over charge or trap you he said you either like my services and have me back or not. He did a great job and even had to come back a couple times due to ants. He came right away didn't complain he just took care them and our summer has been so much better ever since. Thanks so much Phil we appreciate your great work. He will definetly be back regularly. read more

I live in the country and Yellow jackets are always trying to build nests in the eves. The even dive bomb us. So I called Phil haven't seen yellow jackets in about 6-7 months. Thanks Phil read more

Man, I can't say enough good stuff about Phil Winsor and the work that he does. I just recently moved to Galt in a house that had been abandoned for a few months. There were black widows, ants, and every other bug you could imagine. I obviously freaked out. I posted on Facebook asking for a recommendations for an exterminator. Tons of people mention Alpha Omega. I can see why! I called the next morning, and Phillip came right away! I couldn't believe he came on such short notice. On top of that it was his day off, he came because I expressed how scared I was about all the black widows. He sprayed and we saw nothing for about two weeks. Then the babies started coming. I called and he came the next day FREE of charge to spray the the second generation of all the bugs. He eliminated the parents, and came back to elimate the babies. His customer service goes above and beyond expectations. Not only that, his spray works and isn't harmful to humans or animals. He also beats all the competition on prices. I called to price check a few places because who doesn't love a good deal? You pay every other month (with no contract I might add),and he comes in between to spray if you call. He also just does one time if that's all you want. All I can say is Wonderfull!!!! I will use him as long as I live in Galt. read more
