All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. She let me know she received my initial request and wanted to know a little bit more. I told her that I had some ants in the master bathroom and she provided me information on their services. After a brief description of their services and a quote, I knew that I needed someone out as soon as possible. she was able to provide me with a same-day service.
