Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. They always check via text before coming if we want a knock on the door when they arrive. They also text and email us about anything else, such as billing or scheduling. Great communication. If any issues come up between visits, such as new insect or rodent visitors, Brad always addresses the matter immediately, coming the same or next day, if needed, and spraying, and at no additional cost. And Brad is so educated and informed on insects and local issues, it would surprise you. Recently we noticed cockroaches in the front exterior of our home, which of course alarmed us. When we contacted Results, Brad came out the next day. He informed us that the roaches came from the storm drains (manholes) and were searching for a place to live, but that what they already sprayed and protect our home with will kill them off and not allow them to stay. I tried various humane ways to get rid of them, from squirts from my hose to my impersonation of a wild predator, which amused my neighbor but wasn't effective. Finally I called Good Life. The technician they dispatched cleared out the nest and repaired the damaged stucco. He did an awesome job matching the existing stucco color. Then he applied a pest solution he called "hot foot" which apparently squirrels hate. It worked. The squirrels haven't been back. As an added bonus, the technician changed the second story light bulbs above my porch that required a super long ladder and some risky, heart stopping maneuvering near the top rung. When I reminded them I needed the availability in writing, they poofed like a fart in the wind. For over six hours, a simple question about open calendar slots was apparently too complex for them to handle. But here's the kicker: after being ghosted all day, I texted that I was taking my business elsewhere. Astonishingly, they instantly found the reply button!
