Surprised by Nicholes hospitality and Greatful that someone is willing to help since I got told that that a technician is coming between 9-12 by the appartment manager and after finding out that the appointment wasn't made and I cleared the kitchen cabinets and counters ready for spraying, I called the company and begged them to squeeze us in. They assured me that the technician will call me and come by, but unfortunately that didn't happen. I was bummed out and then Nichole showed up and went out of her way to accommodate my time and did a Amazing job inside by being detailed. I recommend and vouch for Nichole service to anyone that needs a professional, detailed and service that really went beyond what was expected. Thank you Appreciate you Nichole

I googled and AI told me that I have termites!!! So I called Orkin to come out to check. Michael Hang, Orkin Home Services Inspector, came out the next day to do a FREE inspection. He told me that we don't have termites but he gave us free advice on how to resolve our problems: trimming down some of our trees in the front yards. Pruning improves airflow and reduces damp, shady, or decaying spots where flies breed. He also told us to remove the fly traps we put up to catch the flies because dead flies can attract more flies and dead flies smell like a rotting carcass. Then when he assured with us that we did not have other issues/problems we were concerned about, he's ready to leave because he's there to provide us with his services. Because he looks earnest and didn't push their services on me, I asked him about their regular pest controls services and costs. Holy smokes!! They provide the same services as the pest control company I previously used for 10+ years for less!! Unbelievably great prices!! Best part was, I do not need to deal with the problems I experienced with my last pest controls company. No AI when I call, but real person to talk to.

I hired All in One Pest Eliminators to deal with what appeared to be a skunk living under my house…read morein the Oakland Hills. The skunk was spraying so frequently that the odor had become overwhelming and was actually making its way into my bedroom. Living in the hills, wildlife is simply part of life. Most of the time it's one of the perks of living here. Unfortunately, this particular wildlife situation had become unbearable, so I called in the professionals. OR, what I thought were the professionals... I should have just called a Doberman. I will start by saying that the technicians themselves were professional. Unfortunately, the actual service was a complete failure and complete waste of money. They came out, set a trap, filled it with cat food, covered it with a bag, and instructed me to check it every morning. The problem with that approach is obvious: if the trap actually contained a skunk, the only way to find out was to walk right up to it and look inside. Nothing says "professional wildlife management" quite like asking the homeowner to potentially get skunked. Over the course of the next week, I was repeatedly assured that the bait being used was specifically designed to attract skunks and that possums supposedly weren't interested in it. Yet somehow, the trap managed to catch three possums and exactly zero skunks. ZERO SKUNKS! The skunk that was actually causing the problem remained comfortably under my house, probably laughing at them and apparently completely unimpressed by their "specialized" bait. Meanwhile, the charges kept appearing on my credit card. By the end of this adventure, I was out roughly $700 and left with the exact same problem I started with. Three possums had been trapped and removed--none of which were bothering me in the first place--I honestly feel bad for these poor possums, what did they do with them when they took them away? While the skunk continued living its best life beneath my home. Three possums later, I'm convinced the trap's only qualification was "contains animal." I'm honestly surprised they didn't catch my own cat, a squirrel, and the neighbor's golden retriever while they were at it. The skunk, meanwhile, continues to live its best life under my house while I funded this expensive wildlife exchange program. Thank you All-in-One. If your goal is to spend hundreds of dollars catching harmless possums, this company may be for you. If your goal is to solve a skunk problem, All N One Pest Eliminators are a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
