Their pricing was reasonable, and after just one service, we have not received any further complaints from the tenant. What we really appreciated is their flexibility. Very fair, professional, and effective. Highly recommended.

Our front yards smelled musty, earthy and smelled awful. There were like a millions of flies (not…read morereally, I just felt like it) flying around the front doors. I googled and AI told me that I have termites!!! So I called Orkin to come out to check. Michael Hang, Orkin Home Services Inspector, came out the next day to do a FREE inspection. He told me that we don't have termites but he gave us free advice on how to resolve our problems: trimming down some of our trees in the front yards. Pruning improves airflow and reduces damp, shady, or decaying spots where flies breed. He also told us to remove the fly traps we put up to catch the flies because dead flies can attract more flies and dead flies smell like a rotting carcass. Then when he assured with us that we did not have other issues/problems we were concerned about, he's ready to leave because he's there to provide us with his services. Because he looks earnest and didn't push their services on me, I asked him about their regular pest controls services and costs. Holy smokes!! They provide the same services as the pest control company I previously used for 10+ years for less!! Unbelievably great prices!! Best part was, I do not need to deal with the problems I experienced with my last pest controls company. No AI when I call, but real person to talk to.

I'm in the 95829 Sacramento area, and my experience with Fast Action Pest Control started with an…read moreunsolicited door-to-door salesperson on August 6, 2026. I told the salesperson multiple times that I was not interested in ongoing pest control service, but he continued pushing the service. I eventually agreed only after he represented to me that I could receive the treatment one time and then cancel. What was not clearly verbally disclosed or explained to me was that cancelling after that initial treatment would result in a $299 charge. Had the salesperson clearly told me, "You can cancel after the first treatment, but you'll owe $299 if you do," I would never have agreed. When I later cancelled and disputed the $299 charge, I explained this directly to the company. Their response focused heavily on saying that a contract had been emailed to me instead of addressing my concern about what their salesperson represented and failed to clearly explain during the door-to-door interaction. I have preserved video and audio relating to the solicitation, and I have now filed a formal complaint with the California Structural Pest Control Board regarding the sales interaction and disclosure of the cancellation charge. My issue is not simply that cancellation language exists in the paperwork. My issue is how the service was presented to me at my door after I repeatedly declined and the fact that the $299 consequence was not clearly verbally explained before I agreed. If you live in the 95829 area or surrounding Sacramento neighborhoods and Fast Action comes to your door, take your time and read every term before agreeing to anything. Pay particular attention to the length of the agreement and any early-cancellation charges. This review reflects my personal experience with the company.

We have had Delk pest control for years. And the ONLY reason we have stayed is because of Yauncey…read more He is the one that comes to service the house EVERYONE else at the company is rude and unprofessional. I had to have my account marked that I only ever wanted Yauncey to service my house. I wish I remembered the other guys names that would come if Yauncey wasn't available. It doesn't matter at this point. We have had quarterly service and that means they come once every 3 months. And the stipulation with quarterly service is it's $95 every 3 months and if within 30 days you needed a reservice they would come back out and respray for free. That is ALWAYS how it's been. There have been days where I call on the 30th day and the women in the office that answer the phone would tell me we have to pay $35 extra for the respray because it's not within 30 days. EVERY girl I have talked to in the office has the worst attitude problem. They have rotated different girls in and out of the office but the one that has been there for the longest is Sandra. Today I called for my 30 reservice. We had service on July 29 and today is August 26. THAT is before 30 days. She told me Yauncey was off for a few days and she doesn't know if she was going to be able to accommodate without a $35 fee. I said I'm calling before 30 days and she said you need to have the house serviced before 30 days, which has NEVER been what I have been told. So because they are short handed with workers I have to pay when the quarterly INCLUDES complimentary reservice. No. So she said she has to talk to the manager and figure out what he wants to do. And she will call back. So she called and said someone will call tomorrow with a time for Friday even though I told her I am only available a certain time on Friday. Whatever. So a few hours later I get an email the service manager Matt. Here it is copy and pasted. "After reviewing your account it looks like you've needed a lot of additional services this year which tell us the quarterly service isn't sufficient due to the pest pressure at your house. We are recommending switching you to an alternate monthly schedule which is 6 services for the year. The new rate will be $85 going forward. The other option is to keep you quarterly but each call back would be an additional $45 unless you had a major emergency in the house." Nowhere in the agreement does it state that if you have "a lot of additional services you need to switch to the more expensive plan". Why do you tell your customers if any point in 30 days you need a reservice to call and it's no problem. Not only is this company EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude, but now they are trying to change policies?! Yah I'm good. I'll miss yauncey and the professionalism, the politeness he gives to us, but I cannot deal with any of these people in the office any longer. I'll be talking with Matt tomorrow and cancelling our service.
