We have a contract with Earthwise but it was going to take them a week to send someone out so I called around to the local Pest Control companies I found on Yelp. All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. I would definitely recommend calling All Clear Pest Control for your pest problems.

If you enjoy begging a business to take your money while they aggressively ignore you, Barrier Pest…read moreControl is the perfect choice. I was ready to hand over $325 for a one time treatment. No discounts, no special requests, no hassle. Just a straightforward transaction. The co-owner text-spammed me first, explicitly stating I could reply via text. But the moment I asked a basic scheduling question, they apparently forgot where the reply button was. Instead of texting back, they completely disrespected my boundary and called me. When I reminded them I needed the availability in writing, they poofed like a fart in the wind. For over six hours, a simple question about open calendar slots was apparently too complex for them to handle. But here's the kicker: after being ghosted all day, I texted that I was taking my business elsewhere. Astonishingly, they instantly found the reply button! They replied in under two minutes with a passive-aggressive, "Okay have a wonderful weekend." So, they aren't incapable of texting; they're just profoundly lazy and lack basic business literacy. If this is how this business treats a paying customer before getting their money, imagine the absolute nightmare you'll face once they have your cash. They didn't just lose my business; they proved they're too unprofessional to function. Save your sanity, avoid their terrible operations, and call a company that actually wants your business.

It was crawling/jumping everywhere, and at the peak we spray 6 cans of radar (or equivalent) a day. It was so bad I will be spraying near the doorway downstairs, and my husband will be spraying upstairs in that open loft (which I yelled at my husband and asked if he were trying to kill me! As I was right there on the downwind! Silly husband!) Anyway our neighbors have the same problem recommended Alex. When we reached out Alex came by pretty quickly, and gave a full diagnostic of the situation and started the service right the way. He took the patience and unscrewed our outlets and do the powder pesticides in between walls (that's a lot of outlets), on top off with the granular in the other outdoor area. We can see instant results after the first visit. If you've read online, you know how persistent springtails problems could be! We have a follow up second visit after two months, and after that the bugs are gone! And did I mention no odor? We are still maintaining an every 3 months routine service with them. Ben / Alex are helpful and always send us the service reminder (with specific hours window). So far, between Alex and Christian, they have kept our house relatively pest free! When they are done they also send an email with details of what they have used on that day. Best part (besides pest-free), no contracts! That shows how good their work is! They don't need to bind you on a contract and knows you will be returning! Thanks Alex, Ben, and Christian for keeping our home pest free!

Brad and Results Pest Control is the BEST. They are absolutely the best pest control service we've…read moreever had or will have. Their contracts are reasonably-priced and they come every two weeks and spray and clean cob webs and anything else in the awnings. They always text us before coming and when they're on the way. They always check via text before coming if we want a knock on the door when they arrive. They also text and email us about anything else, such as billing or scheduling. Great communication. If any issues come up between visits, such as new insect or rodent visitors, Brad always addresses the matter immediately, coming the same or next day, if needed, and spraying, and at no additional cost. And Brad is so educated and informed on insects and local issues, it would surprise you. Recently we noticed cockroaches in the front exterior of our home, which of course alarmed us. When we contacted Results, Brad came out the next day. He informed us that the roaches came from the storm drains (manholes) and were searching for a place to live, but that what they already sprayed and protect our home with will kill them off and not allow them to stay. I was amazed by how knowledgeable he was on the matter. Another great thing is that it's great to support a small, family-run business. Moreover, even though he's relatively young, that Brad is a retired USMC vet, so it's great to support a fellow military person (our son is in the USMC). Couldn't say enough nice things about this excellent service company! If you hire them you will not only not be disappointed but you will be glad you have them.

We'd requested ahead of time to have the garage treated as well (because normally they only treat the outside unless we ask them to spray anywhere else, in which case they're more than happy to do so). My wife opened our garage up before heading out with our kids, and the tech could've easily finished the job and just moved on. But instead, he knocked on the door afterward to let us know he was done so we could shut the garage. He specifically said he didn't want us to leave it open longer than needed. Some might say that's just part of the job, but the truth is, small gestures like that aren't so common anymore. At least not in my experience. It showed genuine thoughtfulness and care--and that matters a lot to us. Great service, as always.

Wonderful pest control company!…read more The garage of my parents' home has not been deep cleaned in many years and I would notice black widows scurrying around when I'd open the garage. In the past, I'd simply arm myself with a can of Spider Killer and spray them as I encountered them. Now I'm older and wiser and decided to hire professionals to spray instead, so I wouldn't have to have anxiety and mini heart attacks every time I'd see a black widow. Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like! (You'll have to meet him in person to guess which celebrity) On the second treatment day, he came armed with a cobweb brush and I actually felt kinda embarrassed because it was like he was doing housekeeping for the spiderwebs! Excellent experience and so far I haven't seen any spiders left! Highly recommend this company. Thank you so much, Good Earth, for helping me get rid of the scary spiders so I can have peace of mind to clean the house. :)
