We have a contract with Earthwise but it was going to take them a week to send someone out so I called around to the local Pest Control companies I found on Yelp. All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. I would definitely recommend calling All Clear Pest Control for your pest problems.

We had suspected squirrels in the attic & contacted Offset Pest Control. Andrew was able to schedule a free inspection right away and did indeed find an issue with squirrels and potentially other wildlife in the attic. He was very knowledgeable in his assessment and explanation. I also found his pricing to be very reasonable and very competitive. He outbid the other estimates I received. Also, he was able to treat/remove squirrels along with any other wildlife! Many companies will not offer squirrel abatement because of its complexity. He was able to provide a detailed service and treatment that included exclusion work to properly seal up any and all entry points, a one way exclusion door for squirrels to exit but not re-enter, a multi week trapping service in case any other wildlife or rodents had gotten in, even a camera surveillance to ensure that the fluffy little varmints indeed left. He also offered a very thorough cleaning service which included a sophisticated disinfectant fogging capable of killing bacteria, viruses, etc. along industrial hepa vacuuming and additional cleaning of all attic surfaces that may have been contaminated. He even includes a 15 month warranty on this service! Working with Andrew was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond in addressing all of our concerns. He was kind, diligent, professional and knowledgeable in every interaction. He was as thorough and meticulous in every aspect of the treatment service. I was anxious about the process and he expertly addressed & remedied any issues with kindness and patience. He provided pictures of the attic & all areas of concern before and after he sealed them up. At the conclusion of his treatment service I was confident that we had successfully gotten rid of any unwanted wildlife and was very pleased with the high level of service I received. He was also very honest, trustworthy, reliable and quick to respond to questions. He even accommodated my schedule and scheduled service for weekends. I highly recommend Andrew and Offset Pest Control for any squirrels or wildlife issues! If you suspect that any squirrels, rodents or any wildlife has gotten into your attic or home in any way, contact Offset Pest Control immediately. I will absolutely hire Andrew with Offset Pest Control for any pest control needs in the future and very highly recommend this company!

Summer is right around the corner and I want to be able to enjoy my patio. I had a variety of…read morespiders, spider webs and a neighborhood rat that liked to disrupt my peace. Some of the spiders on my patio would make their way into my home. I was looking for a pest control service that would be able to treat the inside and outside of my home. I have a child and a dog, so I wanted to make sure the chemicals that were going to be used were toxic enough to kill the unwanted guests, but not harm my immediate family. I contacted a few pest control companies. Some did not share the type of spray that would be used. Or I was informed that the chemicals that were going to be used by the pest service, my family needed to leave the home for a few hours. I didn't see any Yelp reviews for Offset. However, I did see a post on Instagram for Offset Pest Control and decided to reach out. I messaged Offset Pest Control through its website. Andrew responded to my message via email that he was able to spray, without my family leaving our home and gave his next available date to come out to do an evaluation/inspection. Andrew also emailed me a detailed spec sheet of the product's information that would be used. I appreciated his transparency. When Andrew came out he was able to plug up the holes that the rat created in my water heater room (located on my patio). The rat made a path from my patio in between one of my walls in the living room. Andrew sprayed the patio, spiders and the areas where the spider webs were located. Andrew also removed all the visible spider webs. Andrew sprayed the inside of my home. Andrew said that he would come out in two weeks for a checkup just in case I may need additional spraying if a bug is seen. Later that evening Andrew emailed me my detailed invoice. I highly recommend Offset Pest Control, because Andrew was detailed, patient, thorough, professional, went above and beyond and was reasonably priced for his services.

Then came back a second visit because he mixed a special cocktail for the pesky bugs and spiders too. Most of the stuff he used was pet friendly and we had the hounds back outside within no time.
