Lisa the owner was extremely rude after I pointed out some concerns once the cleaning was complete,…read moreinstead of talking it over with me she started off by saying that I am trying to nic-pick everything and try to get out of paying my invoice. Not sure what I did to upset her so much that she would treat a paying customer so rudely, and when I called her she had the worst attitude and was telling me how disappointed she was, she was degrading and extremely unprofessional. Don't pay them to clean your house. Hire a respectful company who doesn't go after you right away when you ask about certain things. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. And I hope Lisa the owner fixes her attitude and learns how to talk to customers - Very Unhappy With The Way She Runs Her Business.

The evening I made my appointment, Maria answered the phone and was very professional. She explained that she was very busy, but found the earliest available appointment. I scheduled a 3 hour deep clean. Maria and one other lady arrived (on-time) and immediately got to work. She asked me very specific questions regarding COVID and the type of cleaning products (and equipment) I would like her to use in my home. She even took the time to organize for me as well. I was very grateful. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff in my home. I was able to work on other things while they were cleaning. There was a lot to be done. She took care every area that was prioritized. I even asked if they could sweep the back patio and she said she would if there was time. I was so pleased with her job, I hired her team to clean for my family and our church on a monthly basis.
