Lots of horn honking and the attendants eventually shut the line down. After a few seconds they started it up again...causing us to bump again. Eventually got out of the tunnel but the car that started it had driven off. The on-site manager had us fill out paperwork but said the car wash does not take any responsibility for damage occurring in their tunnel. A few days later, I got a call from the district manager who repeated that they take no responsibility for damage in their business. He said it is the same as if it happened in the city street...REALLY??? That is what they have liability insurance for. My car had less than 3000 miles on it and now the grille and front camera are damaged have several thousand dollars damage. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Will be dropping both our memberships ASAP.

The wash does a decent job on cars, not so much on trucks (I have a truck on the smaller side). I like that they provide towels to dry off the car as well as the free vacuums. There are enough stalls for the vacuums that I don't ever have an issue with finding a spot.

The car wash attendant even tried to help me by looking at it and entering it for me. But unfortunately after a two attempts he was like sorry I just can't read it, it's too faded. That's not my fault though. You could still read the part on the receipt where it says Super Star Car Wash Coupon Redeem for your FREE Clean Wash. He said sorry that's too bad, I can't read the code to enter so you have to pay. Now it's not like I couldn't pay. I just wanted my free car wash honored and it wasn't my fault the receipt was faded. That's how it printed out for me. Anyway he got annoyed, frustrated and was a little rude about it and then tried to sell me their monthly plan for unlimited washes. Like I'd buy that after his rudeness. I bought a basic wash and went on my way. Just honor the free car wash I clearly had the receipt for. Is it so hard to say, oh that's hard to read but I'll honor the free wash for you. Why be a butthead about it? Needless to say I won't be back at this location anytime soon. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. Not only did they come the same day, they split the job between our work and our home so we could finish our shift. The truck is fabulous clean! Removed the soda, grass and dog hair.
