The last time I was upgraded and charged more was 5 days after I had canceled my membership because I found out about the first 2 upgrades. I had to cancel my visa to prevent any further charges.

Some times the scanners /…read morepayment machines are running a little slow but now that I now I can use the scanner at any of the 3 lanes and not just one, it makes things a bit quicker. The wash does a decent job on cars, not so much on trucks (I have a truck on the smaller side). I like that they provide towels to dry off the car as well as the free vacuums. There are enough stalls for the vacuums that I don't ever have an issue with finding a spot.

I had a free car wash on my receipt from a previous wash I wanted to use before it expired on May 9. The receipt was a little faded which made the bar code hard to read. The car wash attendant even tried to help me by looking at it and entering it for me. But unfortunately after a two attempts he was like sorry I just can't read it, it's too faded. That's not my fault though. You could still read the part on the receipt where it says Super Star Car Wash Coupon Redeem for your FREE Clean Wash. He said sorry that's too bad, I can't read the code to enter so you have to pay. Now it's not like I couldn't pay. I just wanted my free car wash honored and it wasn't my fault the receipt was faded. That's how it printed out for me. Anyway he got annoyed, frustrated and was a little rude about it and then tried to sell me their monthly plan for unlimited washes. Like I'd buy that after his rudeness. I bought a basic wash and went on my way. Just honor the free car wash I clearly had the receipt for. Is it so hard to say, oh that's hard to read but I'll honor the free wash for you. Why be a butthead about it? Needless to say I won't be back at this location anytime soon. There's a lot of other car washes near me I can pull into instead.

He is very professional and did an absolutely perfect job on my car. I watched him and noticed his attention to each and every detail on the car. Most places I called had waits up to a week out, but Definitive was ready in a couple days. Stephan said he'd be at my house at 8am and damned if he wasn't there at 8 on the dot. I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. A soda can had fallen out of my backpack and exploded the day before, hence the reason I was looking for a detailer. Not only did they come the same day, they split the job between our work and our home so we could finish our shift. The truck is fabulous clean! Removed the soda, grass and dog hair. This is a busy truck between dogs and football, it was pretty messy. They did a great job! I wish I would have taken a before and after picture. Thank you so much!
