When questions why they were not cleaned owner stated "Hello sir, I dusted the walls i just don't wipe them not comfortable putting chemicals on walls." I'm not a cleaning professional but I do know general dish soap and water or just water would do the trick. This is a 2 star service may recommend if you want some dusting done that was not requested. Trash left in cabinets. Mind you this is a house I just purchased completely empty that just needed gone through and cleaned up before I moved in yet I'm stuck doing it myself after I already paid for the service while I was out of state. I would generally look at the areas that needed most attention and start there first, not perform work that goes unnoticed.

Found this fantastic business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The rep reached out, got my info, and set up the appointment. I was even able to send them a list of things I'd like to include for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when told this is possible. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommending this company and their services!

Just last night, he found a black bin full of papers that looked like trash, but he wasn't sure. So, he emailed me about it and said that if it is trash, he will come over today and get it. I was so impressed! We are an engineering firm, so we use A LOT of paper, and sometimes an important piece of paper gets lost. I was so glad that Daniel set that precedent to ASK FIRST before tossing something. He is a true professional who carries the right insurance, knows what he's doing, and always does what he says he will do. His price was a good value in this market. Also, he answers emails almost right away. We recommend Daniel and Parker's Commercial Cleaning without reservation!!

They had professional equipment and supplies and came in, reviewed what I wanted and then worked very hard for the next 4 hours! I use to clean houses professionally and my home is very clean, my standards are high AND I am very picky.... They get 10 stars from me. Not just for the quality of work, but the professionalism, kindness, communication and price. Don't let the jerks who complain about everything dissuade you from trying them out, they are fantastic, who leaves a 1 star review because someone was running a little late? Geese, get a life! I will be using them once a month for a deep clean, finally I feel like I have found exactly what I have always wanted in someone to clean my house, and believe me, I have had house cleaners for over 40 years, I base this opinion on experience and facts.
