The cleaning staff continues to turn wall plugins upside down creating a large oil spill on the floor. This has to be cleaned up after we arrive home. The last time this happened on 09-22-2026 we came home to a burning smell. The oil had dripped into the element of the plugin. This occurred in 2 places in our home, and the paint was damaged as a result. Three phone calls to Olivia the manager have yielded no response, no return calls and the only person I have been able to reach gives me the same information that she will pass the information on to Olivia and that we have no other recourse than to wait for Olivia to return our call. Today I called and received the same information that Olivia is the only person that I can speak with. When asked the polite phone person stated she has no access to anyone in the company except for Olivia. This is very poor customer service. They would benefit from calling customers back when an issue is brought to their attention.

BEWARE! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience,…read morewhich is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Not sure what they did for the whole time but it was NOT cleaning. The coffee maker wasn't even touched, one of the toilets was dirty and it wasn't stained (I was able to wipe it off with my finger) door jambs were not wiped down. There was a ball of nasty stuff on the sink, with a cut wire from the electrical company that came a week ago. (Tells me they didnt wipe behind sink) the drawers in the kitchen had crumbs. The oven had burnt bits in it still, the stove top had a white film from not wiping off the cleaner... so much more stuff. They did clean the fridge, but thats all I could see. When I complained, I got a bunch of excuses, photos of the house to show it was "clean" but they were all far away so you couldn't see anything. The house wasn't that dirty to begin with. They sent me a photo of a dirty baseboard that doesnt even match the flooring in the home. I asked for an itemized bill and they wouldn't give me one. Said they would send them out to "fix" the issues,but why should I have to babysit cleaners who are supposed to be professionals. At that point, I had no confidence in them. I also hired them to have someone come out to clean grout on floors. They hired another company, who did a great job. We added on a sealant for $500, he then calls back and tells us it will be more since all the floors are travertine. 75% of the house is not but they still wanted to charge me the same price he quoted for the whole house. The guy doing the floor was great and stayed late to seal them. I had no issue paying for that, but I asked for an itemized bill for that and he said he couldn't do that. What legit business doesnt give you a bill? Told him id call him back since I needed to discuss with my mom about the cleaners. They then BLEW up my phone with calls and texts from 3 different numbers. Telling me im a bad person for not paying for the floors. I told them I would call them back. They continued to harass me. Told them I would pay $700 for what they did clean (not much, and that was being generous) and paid for the floor. He calls me back minutes later saying that he needed to charge me $200 more for the floors.....after I already paid. They are shady, don't know how to clean or run a business!!!! Worst decision I made was hiring them. I now have to hire someone else to do it, since they didnt do anything. Another day wasted and more money. Do yourself a favor and the headache and hire anyone else but this company.

The property is almost an hour away for me, and I drove there specifically to unlock the home and meet the cleaner at the scheduled appointment time. Right when the appointment was supposed to begin, I received a message saying she could not make it because the drive was "too far." This was disappointing because the address had already been provided in advance, and travel distance should have been considered before confirming the booking. I normally understand when emergencies happen, but after reading another review describing the exact same issue -- a last-minute cancellation because the location was too far -- this seems more like a pattern than a one-time situation. Professional communication and reliability are extremely important, especially when clients are arranging schedules and driving long distances. Unfortunately, this experience was a major inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time and money. This pushes back my rental turnover time. To your response: You knew the area our home was located days in advance, and the exact location the day before. Yet you waited until the time of our appointment to cancel because it was inconvenient for you. There's just a couple of things I'd like to point out- 1) I was quoted $401 to move about 5 items of furniture. I moved literally everything else myself. I was also just switching apartments in the same complex, so no real travel. I agreed to this price and it was fine, but looking back, it took, maybe 45 minutes and $401 base (not including tip) seems pretty high. I wish I had figured out alternative means like hiring local guys for cheaper. So I don't feel like I got my money's worth. With that said - my friend moved an entire 2 story house for only $1,500 and feels like she definitely got her moneys worth. So I'm sure across the board, they are likely reasonably priced. 2) And the biggest issue - one of the workers texted my personal cell phone the night following my move saying he got my number from the paperwork and found me intriguing and wants to know more about me. I did call Mr Buff immediately to alert him. Mr Buff told me to block the number. I am mortified that my personal details were taken from the private paperwork by an employee for personal use. He also knows where I live which really concerns me and the fact that I told on him to his boss. Although Mr Buff seemed genuinely upset over this when I called him, I do think there should've been some kind of apology, alert that this would be handled internally, assurance it would not happen again, and follow up that it was handled. Maybe it was handled, idk what happened, but I didn't receive follow up. Either way, I feel bad I have to give a slightly poor rating because Mr Buff does seem great and like he works so terribly hard and I know so many others have had such positive interactions with the company, but I want to share so others are aware and so the company can reinforce appropriate boundaries around customer information.
