Unfortunately it was different every time they came out. That is a small detail though, here are the large ones. They left the lock box open - TWICE, leaving our home exposed to anyone that came by. They put away wet towels - on top of the dry ones, leading to all the laundry needing to be redone. They left hairs throughout the bathroom. They folded and put away dirty towels (see pic for just one example) Food was frequently found underneath all cabinets There was zero spot checking or quality control. We brought these concerns to the owner Amanda and Brea the manager. After many attempts, and my husband meeting with them, to provide consulting tips, they felt we were too "detail oriented" I was even told by Amanda, they are not the cleaning service for people who focus on quality. I was happy to move on and find a company that does focus on quality. We respect the hard earned money of our renters being spent on our property - they deserve a home that is spotless. They will likely respond and mention some of their other rental homes maintain 4-5 star ratings. Ours did too - because for the last 2 months I would spend 1-2 hours recleaning the condo. We stayed with them in hopes this small business could turn themselves around. Unfortunately, we are wrong.

The movers brought their own supplies despite being told to use mine (which were the same), and I did not authorize or request any additional materials--yet I was charged for them. About two hours into the job, they stated they were out of boxes, even though I still had boxes available. When I said it was okay for them to stop and leave at that time, they refused, stating there was a four-hour minimum, which directly contradicts the one-hour minimum listed on Thumbtack at the time of booking. In addition, Rosemarie provided information to me directly that later turned out to be untrue, which further added to the lack of transparency around the service and billing. Despite the job lasting under two hours, I was charged $747 for four hours, none of which was disclosed or agreed upon in advance. After raising these concerns, the company refused to offer any refund or adjustment. Based on the lack of transparency, misrepresentation of terms, refusal to stop at the requested time, and unwillingness to resolve the issue, I cannot recommend this company. PS...They boxed a cell phone in a box with knives and screws who packs like this!

They did make an appointment pretty quickly, but the designer I was assigned has not communicated well at all. Very frustrating. They do the design work the old fashioned way - by hand. She told me after we talked she had to send the hand written drawing to someone to draw it up, and get back to me with an estimate. That was 5 days ago. I can't reach her easily. Sent email 2 days ago, left voice mail hours ago and still haven't heard. Called corporate office, can't reach people there either although they do have someone who answers the phone. Weeks later, the communication with the sales person has been awful. I decided to go ahead with one design, I sure hope this isn't a mistake! I would not recommend dealing with them unless you have lots of time. It was very frustrating.
