When I called (2 hours and 20 mins past my quotes appt time) the lady sounded like she had just woken up and said they were having technical difficulties. as a business, wouldn't you think to call and inform your scheduled clients that day? It's not like we don't have things to do and we are sitting around waiting on you to just not show up. This is very annoying, inconvenient and unprofessional on your part.
