I'm retracting my positive review of Brian Goody, the owner of Patriot Power Washing and Sanitation…read morefrom last January. I now feel compelled to advise my neighbors not to hire them due to poor workmanship and total disregard for their one-year warranty. We hired them about 10 months ago to clean and refinish our pavers. Large areas of miscolored pavers appeared a couple of months after treatment. Brian initially said he had possible solutions to solve the issue and promised he would come back to work on them. However, he never returned and stopped communicating. Voicemails, emails and texts went unanswered. Before doing the job, he would answer his phone immediately. The photos clearly show the problem. Jeff was nice and understanding and he did offer to come take a look, but I was already having the drapes installed and could not take on any more delays.
