I was a disgruntled customer of another stone manufacturer and was referred to Alpha to clean up the mess. Tracy was a real professional to work with. After retrieving my remnant from the "other company", she had measurements-taken for our guest bath, and the counter cut in a timely fashion. She always answered or returned my calls promptly and was very reassuring that the job would get done right. Her installers were great and offered to help get my sink and plumbing set up properly for the plumber. A plus work!

Alpha Granite was recommended to me by someone who uses them all the time in their business. I went there on appointment and selected the best countertop for the kitchen and bathroom vanities. I worked with Tracy and she did a great job. Instead of waiting a week or so for them to arrive and measure all the areas, Tracy was able to accept my measurements with photos and give me a great quote / price based off that. Everything went according to plan and the team removed the old counters, cleaned the area of debis, installed the new counters and left the place clean. I was very impressed with their work ethic AND the final product. We have new counters in the kitchen with a new sink (provided by Alpha Granite) and two new bathroom countertops and new sinks as well.

I went to Alpha Granite based on a recommendation and wasn't disappointed! We went in at our appointment time and picked the countertop style we wanted for our townhouse. To save time, we measured and took pictures of measurements to send in vs waiting a wee to get someone to measure. Once they had our measurements, they were able to determine cost (demo, laser templating and product). I was very pleased with the end result. It was easy to schedule appointments for the templating and when there, the gentleman took his time being accurate. The demo and install were done on the same day and although I was skeptical that it would come out well, it did. Beautiful work

Finished product. Large gaps left at the wall.

Worked through Alpha Granite in Kerrville however the counter tops are fabricated in Austin and the installers came from Austin as well. Poor quality granite with several chips and rough spots was installed and one of the back splashes was cut incorrectly. The installers forced it in under the window sills which caused the sill paint to crack. On top of that there is a large gap between the back splash and the wall that will have to have extensive caulking work done. Oh did I forget to mention that Alpha does not caulk the top of the back splashes? You will have to hire a separate person to do that but do not get informed of the fact prior to installation. I have a lot of experience with granite companies in Hawaii where I used to live and I have never seen this done. Read the bulk of the reviews here and then go find another company for your counter top needs. Needless to say I would not ever work with this company in the future.

It took about 20 years to have the house painted inside and outside (really did not need painting for many years). Next, over the years we have changed out our countertops, replaced wood flooring in pieces and changed out appliances that were no longer working. Our bathroom is very outdated, which really does not matter to us. However, it has begun to become unfunctional. The bath tub knobs are starting to fall off, tile cracked in several places, and the shower has heating issues. After evaluating several contractors, we decided to move forward. Today we met with a sales representative at ProSource Wholesale, Kathleen, to discuss materials. We did not realize the process was so involved, i.e. choosing the materials in concert with existing materials that will not be changed in the bathroom. Also, tile, backsplash, lighting, mirrors, etc. are all decision points and quite overwhelming. However, we are jumping into the water headfirst! After talking with the sales representative, she advised us to look a Pinterest to get a better idea of what we wanted. Prosource Wholesales offers a plethora of materials - tiles, wood flooring, lighting, knobs, countertops, etc. It reminds me why I never wanted to do a custom home...too many choices. However, one room should be manageable. The process of discussing what we wanted was cathartic and mind blowing. Looking forward to the remodeling journey... On to Pinterest...

They also changed the backsplash shelf design to a shorter length than was originally designed. The worst issue is now we have a crack that developed from one of the corner cuts and they said it isn't covered under any warranty and nothing we can do. The crack is growing.

Shawn, the general manager at the time, assisted with that process and I'm grateful for his help. Unfortunately, the second incident has been nothing but deflection, denial, and frankly--disrespect. After the most recent damage, I submitted photos, repair estimates, and every piece of documentation their upper management requested--including trade-in paperwork after the truck was sold. Instead of taking accountability, TimberTown leadership accused both me and a third party (Covert, the dealership I traded the truck to) of fraud, simply because I followed through on what they originally asked me to do. Most offensively, they accused the sales manager at Covert--someone I've never even met or spoken to--of helping me fabricate paperwork. This person was simply trying to help me provide TimberTown the documents they requested. I've been trying to get this resolved since Fall 2023. This morning, I emailed Josh Clinksales, TimberTown's CFO per his email signature, to request that all further communication take place via email or text, as I was tired of phone calls where I was repeatedly accused of fraud. Minutes later, Josh called me directly and said: "Christian, I've talked to upper management. Do whatever you have to do. We're not going to fix or pay anything." That was the final word. This is not a miscommunication. This is a company choosing to ignore clear evidence and deny accountability, even after a repeated history of damage. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store--more than what I'm even requesting. I took a loss when I traded in that damaged vehicle because TimberTown refused to do the right thing, and I was left to cover the cost out of pocket. I'm posting this review, along with photos from both damage incidents, so that other contractors and customers know: if something goes wrong at TimberTown, you may be completely on your own. Even if they ask for estimates, receipts, or documents, it may lead nowhere. You may just end up wasting your time, your money, and your energy for them to ultimately tell you they don't care and won't do anything about it. https://www.google.com/search?q=timbertown&sca_esv=d4be40e2387352c5&rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS1114US1114&ei=8zZUaPLHMo_AkPIPraK3CQ&gs_ssp=eJzj4tZP1zcsyTIvLzHMM2C0UjWosDAzMUlONTUwNE02TEw1NrUyqDA0Tk02sjBIsjBJTjFNS0n14irJzE1KLSrJL88DAEuiE04&oq=timbertown&gs_lp=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&sclient=gws-wiz-serp#lrd=0x8644ce5015c1ae35:0x13ec280b84cd5fde,1,,,,
