Once the phone was answered I was greeted with the name of the business but not the name of the person I was speaking with. I asked and they responded with the name of the business again and then said you called us, who are you? I was taken aback but responded with "I'm a potential customer, and my name." Still no name as to who I was speaking to. As I was making the call for the gentleman I am doing the work and their is a language barrier as the homeowner doesn't speak good English I was told their would be a 400 fee just to apply online for someone to come look at the house. If I was the homeowner on the other hand it would have been free. I explained this and he said that's how it is. I am retired disabled Veteran and this man was just plain rude to me. He needs some customer service intervention skills and should not be answering phones.
