I took my vehicle to Alpha Fleet Service because of the reviews, well that was a mistake. I went in to have a leaking fuel line fixed. My vehicle ran fine before the busted fuel line, after alpha fleet fixed that my vehicle had no compression in one of its cylinders. I was originally quoted $500 and I left paying almost double that. I decided to take my vehicle to another shop for a diagnosis and it turns out that the valve spring for that cylinder had mysterious been "cut". Interesting! And come to find out, Dimitry had told me that my fuel line had been replaced with factory oe parts, turns out they just used a piece of rubber fuel line and clamped it on both ends to do a temporary fix for the leaking area. Worst experience I've ever had. Improper work done on my truck. Also Daren the shop manager was very unprofessional. Had to drive back days later and was told sorry the guys left some things loose. I left it there to be "fixed", after weeks of hearing nothing I drove by the shop and called about my truck. I was told it's on the rack now, we will have it ready today. Turns out when I drove by its in the back lot with 20-30 used tires piled up in it. So spent about $600 dollars for nothing to get fixed and now everything they did has completely destroyed my front diff. I need a new one now. So I'm out 2k thanks to them. I was very disappointed with my entire experience from quote through repair. I had never been to a transmission repair place prior to this and tried it because the dealer quote and others I spoke to were very high. But this decision is a BIG MISTAKE and worst experienced that I have in my entire life! They wasn't able to do it for half of what the dealer was charging and after speaking with him,I felt bad giving my business to him and they are OVERPRICING. Bad customer service.You come in for one problem and they start another.This was last week: Yesterday afternoon I was at the gas station and my truck just didn't start. I was pretty sure the starter just burned out. I called Alpha Fleet and Mikl answered. He said that he can take a look at my truck the next day. too long right? they will replace my starter and that's it. They didn't check what's really wrong. . What a waste of money and time for me. Several days ago, I noticed a major oil leak from the oil pan. I began looking for a repair shop and Alpha Fleet was the closest to me that was available to fix the leak. When I came there, I was really happy that they were be able to get me in the shop right away and also had a discount for the oil change. Work was done really quickly and I saved $50 on the oil price. I will definitely visit this shop again. read more

brought them my vehicle under time constraints to get my a/c looked at and subsequently fixed... not only did they not even look at it, but they straight up lied to me about it. previously, i brought them my vehicle to get the breaks fixed, and while they were able to identify the problem, they weren't able to get the parts.they say an honest mechanic is hard to find... keep looking. read more

The owner is a snake. He's a liar that will tell you anything that he thinks you want to hear. He raises the price of the parts 400%. He will fix just the basics in order to get you going but when it's time to pay balance he'll have "another couple of things that need to be repaired". Don't waste your time nor money. Talked to Dimitry the front des rep. and he definitely don't know how to answer me. You should not worked there! They were unable to diagnose and fix an air issue but had no problem charging me $463. If you need a real mechanic look elsewhere. These guys were lazy part changers with bad attitudes. NEVER GO HERE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE DOING! read more

Poor customer service. Overcharge of 60% than quoted for the inspection. Didn't even send the price quote for repairs to the machine as was included in the inflated price I paid. Nor did they call as I asked when they went to inspect the machine. I do not recommend them & will not use them again read more
