Last spring/2025 we bought off the shelf a stock "cam only" replacement from the Portland store. It was supposed to pair up with our old monitor no prob, :( the counter fella was unaware the wireless-frequencies, cam-monitor, had changed from 2019-2025. Bryan at the Milton location got us into a new superior back up cam system. Matt in their service sector took the time to walk over and give us some helpful tips for install. May not seem worthy of a review but,, after this many years/experiences with Airstream,,, I'm gonna tell you that it's the little things that matter most sometimes. We had a lot of probs in past with long waits on service/repairs when the dealership was under a different ownership at the Auburn location. Because of that I had to learn to fix things myself,, which is usually about a 50/50 lol. Especially electrical. Customer service like that/ boosted confidence for future repairs or upgrades at the Milton location. PS Pic quality/features Brand-motion Cam system are "awesome". The trailer was in the process of being detailed. It was clean on the outside, but in bad shape on the inside. There was water damage in the bathroom. Fresh caulking everywhere. So we looked at another trailer that the salesman claimed they took in on a trade. There were dealership plates on the trailer and they were not theirs. Then the price was not realistic for the year. No matter what shape it was in. Salesman was a bit smug when he was caught in a lie. I took my cash and left. I've had my fill of wholesale lots.

Billie answered (I confirmed that I was speaking to Billie) but claimed that I had not communicated with him and that it must have been his son. I asked for his son's phone number but he refused. He told me that he would pass my phone number to his son and that he would call right away. I waited and the call never came so I sent a message informing him/them that I was no longer interested in selling to him/them. Definitely not someone I'd recommend doing business with.

We purchased a 2020 Keystone Outback from Tacoma RV on May 28, 2020…read more Part of our "Endless Warranty" requires us to have an annual inspection. Each year in March/April we bring the trailer in for its annual inspection. Normally there is a myriad of issues with our trailer. We nicknamed her "lemon" because of all the issues we've brought it in for. And the amount of money we have paid Tacoma RV is staggering. However, there is one reoccurring issue each time we bring it in. On April 28, 2020 - We brought unit in to check water leakage in bathroom, we suspected the toilet. On April 14, 2022, we brought unit in for annual inspection as well, many other issues, one being toilet was leaking at base of toilet. At that time, the toilet was replaced with no charge, due to warranty. March 22, 2023 - We took unit in for annual inspection, once again we stated toilet was leaking and filling with water even after water supply to toilet was shut off. Tacoma RV listed it was R&R toilet valve; it was replaced and tested. There was no charge due to warranty. April 15, 2025 - toilet once again was leaking and was coming out of the base of the toilet and by the valve and bowl was filling up. The valve was replaced and tested and checked out. There was no charge due to warranty. April 24, 2026 - toilet leaking, not shutting off, bowl continues to fill, American Guardian Warranty Services would not honor the endless warranty, upon calling their Customer Service I was told that they wouldn't cover it because it was a different component, even though they've covered it each time. It states right on their Endless Warranty that the toilet is covered. I was also upset with Tacoma RV; this was the 5th time we had brought it in to fix the toilet. Shawn Hutchins told me that they only honor their work for 90 days. I do feel they should stand by their work, especially after 5 attempts of repairing the toilet. I told him the Endless Warranty does not have an expiration date. We were charged $411.44 to fix the toilet.
