Wanted to support a local business but overall was disappointed. My husband did call about the detergent stain and we were told we could bring it back which was appreciated however we haven't had a chance as we have a family, work, etc. and since that call found more things we were unsatisfied with.

We took our daughter's car to Tony for an interior detail and window tinting. We were not super…read moreimpressed with the detailing as soon as we opened the car driver's side door and saw the plastic area around the trunk and hood release still as filthy as when we brought it to him. Getting in the car we also noticed the area around the gear shift was still dirty. Even more disappointing was when we had to take it back to him after the tinting cured because there was debris in several spots under the tint. We mentioned the observations we had about the interior detailing when we left it again for the tinting to be fixed. Upon pick up the second time nothing was done to address the detailing issues brought to his attention. The tinting has cured again and there is still debris underneath it. I would not return.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

I was disappointed after spending more than $300 that I wasn't offered better customer service especially when I was willing to pay 167 dollars for a wax service on top of what I already paid. I could have been offered to come back, a discount, how about a sincere apology for not doing what was promised? On another note the engine steam was not worth the money at all. Not sure who they have doing this work but total lacks attention to detail. Don't waste your money with this place!!!! If my vehicle were a dealer vehicle things would be much different.
