I requested a quote from Alpha Enviro Tech for replacement windows. My house is over 30 years old and the windows were still the original. Even though they were dual pane, some had been cracked or broken, were hard to open and the screens were difficult to see though. The salesperson showed the benefits of the windows they were offering, and the test that impressed me the most was registering the heat transfer through windows with a heat gun. We tested old dual glaze windows, triple glaze windows, my windows, and the windows they were offering. I wouldn't have believed the difference without seeing it. We decided to replace 8 windows and 1 sliding glass door. The financing was approved and the install was scheduled. The scheduler was easy to work with. I had to reschedule twice due to issues with my mother's health in another state. Once the install team arrived, they were very nice and courteous. The install was done in a few hours. They were very careful not to make messes, with drop cloths both inside and outside each window as they progressed. I asked them to help me slide a bed away from a window that I couldn't do myself, and it was not a problem. They even offered to slide it back when they were finishing, without me having to help. I like the windows, they are very clear and easy to see though. They open very easily, and sometimes I have a problem seeing if I am looking through just the glass, or also through a screen. I haven't had them long enough to see a change in my utility bill, but I expect the bills to be lower. There was one window that ended up having a sliver of plastic inside the dual glaze about the size of a human hair. I had to look hard to see it, but they volunteered to replace it, scheduled a time to come, and ended up coming a day early because I was available. The replacement of the fixed panel took about 10 minutes. I am very happy with the work they did. It looks very professional, even the caulking job inside and out. I would recommend them to replace windows on others houses. Have them do the estimate to see the difference their window makes. read more

We recently purchased windows with installation, and overall, we are very pleased with the service and product quality. The installation team was prompt, arriving exactly when they said they would, which set a great tone for the project. The process was quick and efficient, and their workmanship appears to be excellent. A standout aspect of the experience was the care the installers took in handling our space. They moved most items for us, ensuring nothing was damaged in the process. Not only did they work cleanly, but they also cleaned up any messes they made, leaving no trash behind--a level of professionalism we truly appreciated. Regarding the product itself, we are very happy with our new windows and slider. They are beautiful and sturdy, enhancing both the aesthetics, durability, and energy-efficiency of our home. Additionally, communication throughout the process was seamless, whether it was with the scheduler, engineer, or installers. Everyone was helpful, responsive, and professional. Additionally, while working on the installation, the team did their best to minimize any disruption while one of us worked from home, which made the experience even more seamless. One minor adjustment we've had to make is getting used to the weight of the windows and slider. They are heavier than we anticipated, so they require a bit more effort to open and close. However, this is likely a sign of their solid construction and will simply take a bit of getting used to. The only other small critique is that the installers did not put all the furniture back after moving it, which required some extra effort on our end. Despite these minor points, we would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for quality windows and a professional installation team. The experience was smooth, efficient, and left us with a product that we love! read more

I had no idea how beautiful new windows would be. At 65 I never ever thought about new windows. New roof yup, time to paint yup, new deck ok. This home had 2 or 3 "ghost" windows, can this be fixed? Then just forgot about it. I didn't even know how bad the screens were. Holes, thick screen that was gray and dingy. and they wouldn't even come clean. When Alpha came out to inform us about the ghost windows, we decided to replace all the windows in our 70 year old home. The sun shines in our dinning room and the floor would be hot. now you don't feel any heat at all. The screens are so well made and they come off and back on very easy.. all our windows are the same style. In our den/bedroom the window was very large and divided into 4 parts 2 side open/close, and the center and bottom center part was just glass (hard to explain but UGLY) When the measurements were taken, he asked if I'd like a solid plate glass. The room had 2 other open/close windows so I said sure. Best decision ever! It changed the look of the room. Its brighter and the picture window is just that, a beautiful picture of our front yard. Im so happy with the end results. As for the work team...the installers were very considerate of all the "stuff" I have in my house. Plus the plants on the outside were not disturbed at all. 2 things that make us laugh. 1. we got an all glass door and we keep thinking the door is open. 2 At night when I walk by that door, I scare myself with my own reflection. So a curtain closed at night took care of that. Every person that we came in contact with was so friendly. Very professional and when we had a problem with our door lock, they came out the next day. The issue was solved. We are very happy with every aspect of this experience. read more

Our home was in need of a paint makeover of our home in Murrieta Ca. Thank you to the entire Alpha team from the Project Manager to the helpers who took their time and treated our home as though it was theirs. The process was seamless from the sales demonstration to the handling of the color through our HOA, Alpha does it all!! All of the pieces came together and the crew was amazing. Everything started with hydro of the outside of the house, trenching around the foundation to make sure the plants and other items were not affected by the painting. The entire house was then taped off and primed. The paint was specially mixed for our home and was demonstrated to ensure it was correct before applying. The service and professionalism were the best I have ever seen for home remodeling and repairs. Before painting or color coating the outside of your home, I would highly recommend looking at Alpha Enviro Tech which offers the longest guarantee on coatings in the business (50 years) with a product and process that is "best in class". Special shout out to Enrique (the painter's helper) who was there from start to finish and his hard work and attention to detail surely made him a great asset to this company. In conclusion - great company from the Sales rep, Project Manager, Lead painter, all of the helpers, and the front office at Alpha Tech (Brandy was amazing) who always kept me informed. All of my neighbors have complimented how amazing our home looks!! Jeff Q. read more

one day alpha called me and asked if it was okay to come over to talk to me about my heating and air conditioning system and it just so happens that my current system was not working so I said okay. Richard showed up presented me the options that I had about getting mine heating and air conditioning system replaced I asked about getting new Ducks he gave me the pricing and everything that I needed to know about that I wanted my grills replaced as well. Once we came to an agreement on pricing we scheduled an appointment with Alex to come by and take measurements and to talk to me a little bit more about the install. He came by the very next day and got up on the roof. Looked in the Attic walked around the house took a bunch of measurements and then right before he left he talk to me about what was going to take place during the install. The day of the install went off without a hitch early in the morning the crew showed up started taking apart the old system that was on the roof just a little while later the new equipment showed up and a little while after that the crane showed up and took the old unit off the roof before I knew it the new unit was on the roof the guys were in the Attic running all the new ducks and next thing I knew the very next day the system was done. One more thing I would truly like to thank everybody who works over at Alpha read more

My HVAC system was over 30 years old and not working well. Alpha Enviro Tech was able to work with my hectic schedule for the sales presentation, Initial project set up and installation. All the representatives I worked with from my initial contact were friendly and willing to answer my multitudes of questions. While cost is always a consideration for my limited budget I am a firm believer in quality. After researching the products and systems recommend by Alpha Enviro Tech I felt like they were the team that would meet my expectations. One thing that stood out was the installation. The installers were able to answer questions about the process and Alpha Enviro Tech's procedures. They were very informative of what to expect today with the installation and appeared very thorough in ensuring the HVAC system was running and blowing air through all the vents. Many times when I have had work done on my house i have found that the installers are subcontracted by the company I bought the service/product from but with Alpha Enviro Tech it is clear that they are involved in the process through installation. The technicians also were able to explain my next steps with duct and installation inspections which would be scheduled by the same person that had scheduled the installation. Overall it has been a positive experience. read more

I hired Alpha Enviro Tech to reroof my home, remove and reinstall solar panels and to reinsulate my attic, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Their installation was riddled with serious issues: They failed to vent one of the bathroom exhaust fans, leaving it abandoned in the attic space. An unacceptable oversight that could lead to moisture and mold problems. Gutter guards were screwed directly into the torch-down roofing, creating multiple potential failure points for leaks. The shingles at the front of the house overhang the gutters by about 3 inches. It is completely unprofessional and would cause water to overshoot the gutters during heavy rain. Most concerning of all, they were contracted to install Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles, but instead installed a different, inferior brand and model without informing me. When I raised these concerns, the response from Nate at Alpha Enviro Tech was dismissive and condescending. Rather than take accountability, they chose to gaslight me, insisting there was nothing wrong even when presented with clear evidence. This company's lack of integrity, poor craftsmanship, and refusal to stand behind their work makes it impossible for me to recommend them. Proceed with caution if you're considering hiring them. read more

My wife and I were very impressed on how quick the 4 teams worked together. The solar team lead by Angel had 28 panels done in 90 min. When the were called back in to reinstall the system it was up in 2 hours. We did have a problem with one of the optimizers, but Angel was quick to contact the company and get a replacement utilizing our warranty. Josh who supervised the removal and install of the roof was proffessional and quick, taking only a week end to finish the work. Like clockwork the the next team came in to install the seemless gutters. They were engaging and professional. The last team replaced my broken french doors with a glass slider, they too were engaging, answereing questions and were knowledgable. In and out in less that 4 hours. Kacie, who worked in the office at Alpha Enviro Tech , kept us up to date on each step of the project in or out of the office. She had answers to our questions, and when she didn't, she would ask and research for the answer, returning our phone calles in a timely manner. From their sales call to their installers, every person we had contact with at Alpha Enviro Tech was courteous and professional. The Sales Rep Rick spent hours with us going over our options and answering all of our questions. He helped us get financing that made it possible for us to have the much needed new windows in our 34 yr old home. They were very patient with me and my indecisions on a couple of matters and when an unfortunate incident with the winds in our area damaged a window they were very understanding and ordered a replacement that arrived promptly, at no extra charge to us. The installers arrived on the scheduled days and times, wore masks and were very friendly and efficient at their job. They cleaned up after themselves quite nicely and showed us how to operate the windows and locking features. We immediately noticed a difference in the temperatures in our home and less noise from outside with the new windows. We are very pleased and looking forward to seeing the savings from this investment on our electric bill. We highly recommend this company for your window needs and more. read more

"We love our new windows and doors. Our experience with Alpha Enviro Tech has been great. Chris came and talked with us. He was professional and personable. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Nate came out and re-measured and explained the installation process. He was professional and caring. Brandy called to tell us when she placed the order and then to schedule an installation date convenient for us. She was very professional and caring as well. The installation went perfectly. Antonio, Jesus, and Jay arrived on time. Again they explained the process and got right to work. They completed the job in one day. They cleaned up everything and replaced any furniture they had to move. I am disabled and they were very conscientious of my needs. There was one lock I could not work. They spent time fixing that until I was able to do it easily. Again, they were professional and caring. We highly recommend this company. The quality of their product and their service made the experience very positive. We are enjoying our new windows and doors. We give you 5 stars plus!! Thank you!!" read more

Just a quick note on Alpha Enviro Tech. We went in very hopeful but nervous on replacing our heating/air. This company were wonderful to work with. After signing our contract we were called & told because of the smaller area inside our home we would need one of 3 different brands of units. My husband refused one brand so they worked on getting a different brand & are still covering with all the same warranties. On installation day, I was home & a daytime sleeper. The guys came in & were very considerate & quiet. They expected to be here 2 days but because of my schedule they stayed late to finish in 1 day. This was very much appreciated. We also wanted a different thermostat that we bought installed. The guys were more than happy to install ours & leave the one that came with the new unit We are very happy with the service we received along with the quality of work & great product. Alpha Enviro Tech. Trustworthy, great product, & customer service. We would definitely recommend this company & have. read more

I am thoroughly please with both the quality and service we received for our new window installation. To start off Brandy was very helpful with getting us set up and making sure plans were moving as scheduled. Once everything was ready the team came in and worked very quickly. The way they worked was very efficiently and seemed like very experienced team. They also went out of their way to make it more convenient on us by taking our baby into consideration to complete the bedroom first as his nap time was approaching. This is something I very much appreciated. Now the windows so far have been doing great at preventing the escape of heat from inside the house as temperatures have dropped. This has allowed me to not rely on my heater as often. I truly have enjoyed this experience with Alpha Enviro Tech. read more

The service from beginning to end was on point. They get 5 stars from beginning to end. Dave, the owner was helping out his sales peeps this day. He made a sale!!! Love that he stays humble and is not afraid to pitch in and help out his team. Freddy and Nate took the measurements a few days later. They were punctual and made sure I received the windows I wanted. Idania followed up with me to set the installation date and was very accommodating. Installation day was done by Gadiel and Mario, and a couple other guys The last hour. They were all very professional, they helped move furniture, and worked nonstop. They cleaned up, made all the windows shine and hauled all the old windows. I love my new windows and highly recommend them. Thank you, Esther Martinez Wilmington, California read more

Thank you very much David Ries, (Marketing Manager) for educating me on why the stucco on my home was deteriorating throughout and how your People would be able to repair the Stucco thru out the exterior and to Paint (Desert Sand) with Quality Materials (texture coat) - The four men team performed the Job in four long days and was Seamless - The completed job appeared like a painting - The painting looked Tight, like a well well-fitted pair of Blue Jeans - (Baby's Got Her Blue Jeans On). I attest that because of the Texture of the Quality Paint, including its insulation ability, I now use the Air Condition very sparingly. What an amazingly simple experience. My house was in desperate need of painting, but knew I needed a LOT of repairs first. Roman came by, did a presentation and evaluation, organized the financing and set a timeline -- all within a couple of hours. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, efficient and got right to work. All kind of a dream. Started the process about 3 weeks before Thanksgiving and they had the work completed about a week before Thanksgiving which was great as I was having friends over for dinner that day. I've already had one f those friends ask who I worked with as he needs to have his house painted and a good, friend referral goes a long way. I'm very pleased and excited to see how it helps with our Sacramento heat next summer. read more

From the commencement of the service until the end, I was provided with nothing but exceptional service. The installation process was carried out seamlessly, leaving me exceedingly satisfied with the overall experience. The staff members were not only amicable but also highly knowledgeable, making them more than capable of answering any queries that arose throughout the process. It is worth mentioning that the customer service desk is easily accessible and highly responsive, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly. Although the pricing for the service is moderate, the team worked diligently to accommodate my financial constraints. Too many times in the past I've had a negative experience when dealing with general contractors. Unmet completion dates, shoddy workmanship, and a lack of respect for us. The people that are paying them. My ex recently hired the folks at Alpha Enviro Tech to do a texture coat job on her house. The price was right, the job was finished in a timely manner, and they've returned to correct some minor issues. They didn't come back in two or three weeks, but returned immediately! They've done everything they said they would do, and much, much more. If you're looking for a reliable and fair general contractor, you need not look any farther. These guys are absolutely outstanding! They are based in Anaheim, but will service San Diego County as well. read more

We had windows & sliding door installed, all in one day. I came home from work and they were done & gone already. Beautiful job! I still can't believe how much that they block the heat from the sun! We live on the second floor most of the time & it is amazing how cool it is now. I am able to have my wood blinds pulled all the way up & no heat difference. The ease of the window opening & closing is remarkable, as is removal to clean. The locking features are really easy & able to remain partially open & locked, which is great at night or when away (slider included). I highly recommend this company and their high-end products! They even locked in the same pricing for any additional windows or doors pending for 18 months. read more

After having my windows replaced by Alpha Environmental Services, I went on to have a HVAC system installed and insulation was also added. The results have been great. All required steps were taken to dispose of the old furnace that needed a special crew to clean asbestos in the system. My new windows, insulation and HVAC system have been a wonderful addition to my home. The crew was professional, easy to work with and there was no mess left behind. So happy that I used this company and have and would recommend the service that they provide. Any questions or concerns are promptly addressed no matter how minor and that in of itself is great representation of this company. Glad I used them. read more
