The job was focused on dusting and vacuuming everything including fans, appliances, baseboards, stair rails, etc. Josh and crew was very thorough with the process and constantly asked me if i needed anything extra done or if it looked good.... my mom is very particular with house cleaning and she mentioned that they did a good job Josh mentioned that the company is new so i was very happy to be an early customer. A little background - a couple of years ago we needed to have an extremely dirty house in San…read moreAntonio cleaned - The company we hired sent a crew that that had one person who spoke English and could translate for us and the crew, each person went to different areas, and when they were finished, the transformation was unbelievable. The house sparkled. It was a positive experience all around. We needed to get our house cleaned for company next week. I got bids from a couple of companies by sending them the list of what we wanted to have done and selected The Cleaning Authority, expecting the same quality of work. We wanted the bathrooms, the master bedroom, a guest room (which just needed dusting as it had been painted and carpeted recently), and the public spaces downstairs in the house cleaned. They did not have to do the windows, sills, blinds or the wood floor on the main floor. I emphasized that the kitchen was really important. I acknowledged that if the work wasn't done in four hours we could negotiate for more time, and said that was ok. What we got: two women who did not communicate in English, who wasted probably 45 minutes of time in the already cleaned guest room, didn't clean any room thoroughly (not even trying to clean the tubs or floors) before going to the next room, didn't even work on the kitchen until the last, and walked out without even trying to find me or my husband to see if we wanted them to go over the time limit to finish the job. I just happened to look out the window to see them packing up their equipment and went out to get them to finish the kitchen. When I called the next day to complain, the person I talked to wanted to come out to see what I was talking about, asked if I had taken any pictures, and offered to have someone else come out to clean. I replied that since we had company coming the NEXT week, we were already doing the cleaning not done, didn't have time to take pictures, and certainly didn't want her or anyone from the company to come to our house ever again. I strongly urge anyone looking for a cleaning company not to even consider this one. If someone does choose them, be sure to take pictures, have a translator available, accept a price for the job and not by the hour, and watch them like a hawk to see that they are actually working and really cleaning.

They were one of the only companies that was willing to do a Saturday morning job, which was hugely helpful since that was absolutely the only possible day it could be done. Yay, them! These two very sweet ladies showed up on time. They were cheerful and friendly and wasted no time. In addition to all the regular housecleaning stuff (bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, etc.), they did heavy duty things like wiping out all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cleaning the blinds, wiping out the fridge and microwave, and cleaning the inside of the oven (I sprayed it the night before). They're very thorough and super quick! My completely empty two bedroom + two bathroom 1300sf place was finished in only about 90 minutes. If I were staying in the area, I'd definitely have them on a regular basis.

I recently sold my house and wanted to have the entire house cleaned for the buyer!! Josefina cleaning service was not only the first out of 7 people to respond but they also had the best price! I did not give 5 or even 4 stars because they did arrive an hour late (930am), when they said they'd be there at 830am , but that's no biggie they still got the job done! Because closing on the house was today , all utilities were also scheduled to be disconnected today. Which the electricity had literally just shut off 10 mins before they arrived , meaning if they would have arrived when scheduled they would have been able to do the things that required electricity like vacuum. So for that inconvenience or lack of service I feel the price should have been adjusted. The quote was for $250-$300 , with the ending price being $275 !! I think $250 would have been more fitting. however I paid what was requested! I was unable to see the final results due to another engagement that required my presence, but I did stop thru while they were cleaning and liked what I seen . I would definitely and I actually plan to use this company again . I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a cleaning service.

They are so flexible working with our schedule and always check to make sure the time/date still works for us the week they're scheduled to come out. We currently have them do a regular house cleaning but asked them to do a deep clean to start (probably about time to do that again TBH). We also hired them to perform a deep clean for a family member's home after my brother-in-law did some upgrades to their house and they were having a hard time getting around to cleaning it properly. My BIL and his wife were very happy with the job Marse Cleaning did! The service they provide for the value is great. The ladies are great and respectful and leave a clean home every time. During the scheduling process, Jannet (sp?) was extremely responsive, which was impressive. She explained some of the negative reviews I'd come across and I was satisfied with her explanation. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely! My oven was sparkling like it was the day I moved in! The flat fee charged was fair and reasonable. THANK YOU!
