Chris/Marni were clear communicators throughout the process, letting me know what was realistic and where I'd need other subs (e.g., turning the stairs from an open to a closed stringer). Sometimes when subs primarily work with GCs (versus home owners) it can be intimidating and/or confusing. Not with Marni/Chris.
