Instead, I was sold over $800 worth of repairs, which I approved because I trusted their professional assessment. Afterward, I researched the parts that were installed and found they appear to retail for around $60. I understand that service pricing includes labor, expertise, and overhead, but the total cost is excessive for the work performed. My concerns grew when I had a different HVAC company inspect the system. They determined that the dampers were, in fact, the source of the issue: the exact problem I originally asked the first company to investigate. I spent hundreds of dollars on repairs that did not resolve my issue, while the original problem went undiagnosed. I would encourage others to not use this company.
