I cancelled my service call. I'm sure they will response with an excuse just as the others did or I could've wait just a little bit longer for a company that I'm paying money to for a service... They're not reliable I will not use or recommend services from True Blue Plumbing. Added note: they're crewed arrives at 4:40 and I sent them away. He got angry and say he was here to help. I called Plumbing Express to investigate and resolve a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was directly below my master bathroom toilet, which my sister and I had already narrowed down by tapping on the kitchen ceiling downstairs while listening upstairs, where the sound was clearly strongest near the master bathroom toilet. The technician briefly inspected both bathrooms but focused on my sister's bathroom on the opposite side of the house after noticing a damp sponge under the toilet tank. My sister explained the sponge was there because she sprays and cleans the toilet regularly, not because of a leak. The plumber then cut open the kitchen ceiling drywall, stated the leak was coming from the water supply line from my sister's toilet, and performed a complete toilet tank rebuild for $450. After the repair, he gave me a card for a company that performs restorations and recommended I call them to inspect for subfloor damage. When that restoration company arrived, they immediately stated there was no way the ceiling leak could have originated from the secondary bathroom because of the location and no evidence of water stains. They recommended another plumber and a leak detection company come out to find the leak before they performed any work. I contacted a second plumber, who agreed the leak was much more likely connected to the master bathroom toilet directly above the leak area. Finally, I hired a leak detection company, and they also confirmed the leak aligned with the master bathroom location, not the secondary bathroom Plumbing Express repaired. At this point, three separate professionals have stated the leak could not have originated from the bathroom Plumbing Express serviced. I paid $450 for a repair that did not address the actual problem I originally called about. In Response to Ty G: Your response is totally incorrect. I would not have called the second plumber and the leak detection company if your recommended restoration company had not told me that the leak was not identified. The pictures taken are of the secondary bathroom not the master as we discussed in our phone call. It is totally "disingenuous" for you to now state that the master toilet was the issue. This validates everything I thought about your company. Others beware!

The job actually was just to replace my shower spigot which I could have done myself (i.e did not actually require particularly skilled labor) but I happened to be out of town and needed it done to avoid too much water loss. This company still demanded I pay hundreds more then the price they quoted me to help me out on a very simple plumbing task. It is my fault for not asking for a printed out quote but stay away from any company that lacks integrity. I would not have given a harsh review if they did the right thing by sticking to their word after I spoke to the office manager and doing the job for the quoted price but they demanded I pay the higher price, very dishonest.

This company is, was, & has been a TOTAL DISASTER to my new construction project!! I hired this company off Thumbtack 3/2026. Reviews on thumbtack & initial conversation w/Jeremiah. (he knew his stuff). We agreed to do business. I asked how long to complete this project? I was told appx 2 wks. SOW: install water/sewer lines. Install inside water lines & pipes. Install sewer injector pump & trim out 18k+. 8k to start / 8k after inspc pass / 2k+ trim out - after agreeing to do business, doc signed - nothing happend. - nothing was as Matt said it would be - delivered permits 3/27/26 - received check - no excavator for digging as promised - nothing done as promised - found out later instead of him prioritzing my project - he sent his only plumber (Jeremiah) on daily service calls - then he sent him to my site at the end of the planned daily service calls - that was not the agreement - my project stalled & grossly delayed due to this method - as you can see in photos extensive damage occurred due to lack of focus decision making and knowledge - nothing is installed correctly at this point - Jeremiah had everything installed correctly which is what the inspector saw - Matt then had this new team Jake Dillon Jeremy go in rip this mans work out and install things incorrectly or undone. - this did not take 2wks this has taken 3months & the photos shows how PlumbingPro North Atlanta left my site saying everything was done. - Matt took the deposit, gave fluff, and acted clueless about the whereabouts of his technician. - I found out later it Matt was always in the loop of where his Technician was because he was the one sending him on the service calls daily while my project stalled. - i would get random text & emails about technician showing up & it be a total no show because he is only one man, gone on service calls. Matt over promised, under delivered, yet still in this continued to try to collect money for a job not complete. - He called my phone more times about the money than he did about completing the work that he somehow got the inspector to pass without the inspector seeing the completed work. - And the work as it stands now is definitely not correct. - His men left my construction site a total mess countless time wood cutout, cut pipes, food trash, drink cans etc. - Matt had no intentions on completing nothing he was only focused on getting paid. - He never had a prob regarding payment here. - project funds are avail in total before project start - showed up for check - i chose in person so i could show Matt, all the damages, unkept promises & unfinished work. - I asked how inspection pass w/o items 1-8 completed: He passed with NO: 1. I checked the Fossett, then stuck my hand down on the ground and found that the water pipe and busted against the foundation and water was flowing freely out into the yard underground. I grabbed my phone and went to my maps and typed in plumber and Neighborhood Plumber came up first and closest to my house so I called them. and to my surprise it 2:30 in the afternoon they answered the phone. I spoke with the girl about my problem she noted it was an emergency or the water would run All night busted, but she got my information and said she would let me know as soon as they could find someone to help. I needed to run an errand so I got in my car and was about to run to the store when I noticed a truck pulled up. Mind you this is five minutes after I made a phone call. It was The Neighborhood plumber.! I didn't even make it out of my driveway or get a phone call, but Blake was nearby. Saw the order come in and immediately drove to my address. I backed up and went back down. The driveway showed him what was going on and we got to work looking for the water line coming into the yard being that this is a new house for me. I did not know where it was and it was buried under brush upfront. We got the water turned off and he got to work. Long story short. Blake got to work had to run and get some parts come back and he worked his butt off inside the house and outside the house replacing the waterline going through the foundation of the house and stayed until around 9 o'clock. I would say? Nonstop work, courteous, professional, and a company, vehicle company shirt just what I want to see as well as all there certifications stamped onto their truck. This was not a cheap fix. I knew it when I saw it he prepared me gave me the estimate and it came out to be the same but from what I thought was going to be a long night of no water no toilet, no bath no cooking... he was packed up and gone by 9:30 tired but I was very appreciative! I love it when I pick a vendor out of the blue, and they turned out to be the best of the best. I have not had this kind of service that I can remember and I want to thank them and thank Blake for his efforts to make sure I was up and running Tonight and not waiting a day or two for a fix. However, it was a different company that doesn't seem to exist. A different phone number that was just an automated system designed to hang up on you. I tracked down the number for the real Prime Time Plumbing (Basil) and found out that he's had several people that assume he's working with AHS (he's not). The other company apparently does horrible work and then that gets reflected back on Basil. Although Basil didn't actually perform any work for me (again, he doesn't work through AHS), he gave me several suggestions and took the time to walk through the issue and explain the (deliberate?) mix-up on the names. I don't know who the other company is, but if you are assigned Prime Time Plumbing Service and it is NOT owned by Basil, call your home warranty company immediately and ask them to switch to another contractor.
