However, it turned out to be a rather disappointing experience. First of all, the walls were so thin I could hear every conversation had throughout the building, which made it very hard to relax. Secondly, I thought a steamer would be used, but warm towels were used instead. When she asked me what type of face mask I wanted, I wasn't sure of my choices. The only choice she gave me was the hydrating mask, so that's the one I ended up going with due to my lack of knowledge. While the mask was on, she was on her phone right behind me. It was super awkward... I definitely wish they would leave the room while the mask is setting! My skin felt great afterward, but the entire experience was uncomfortable, and it was so hard to relax! Overall, I probably wouldn't return to Element Day Spa. I don't treat myself often, so I rather pick a spa that really is more relaxing.

If this not the case, I will certainly bring it to her attention but I feel confidently that she is opening the gate. We have gates to contain the puppy while she is going through her training to become a service dog. If the dog & the gates are a problem for you, I completely understand if you choose to have your services performed elsewhere. I asked her how long it would be and she replied 25 minutes. Since I had 1.5 hours, I headed to my regular position in one of those sweet massage chairs. She replied, you can come back. I said, I have time and proceeded to sit down. She replied, you can come back. I asked why I couldn't sit and wait? She replied, you can come back.
