I have been searching for a good hair salon for Asian hair in Pittsburgh for forever. There are…read moresome good hairdressers out there, and then there are some terrible ones. I used to go to a hairdresser in Squirrel Hill (InStyle Hair Salon) who was fast and great but never sanitized the scissors between clients or after dropping scissors on the ground. The final straw was when he left for 20 min in the middle of a haircut to talk about sending packages to China - I'm talking about hair wet, part of hair clipped up, and sitting in chair for 20 min. Then it was a rollercoaster to find another hairdresser for Asian hair, and I'm so glad that I found Adore Hair Salon. Elliot is very experienced with Asian hair and he is super helpful in picking hairstyles that would compliment your face and look. The haircuts always end up better than I expect, and he does a great job on my husband's hair too! If you show him a picture, he can basically do an exact replica on you. Highly recommend this salon, especially for Asian hair!
