My first experience was as a renter, the homeowner did not have the house we rented cleaned before we moved in. I requested quotes using the tools in Yelp and ended up with 5 separate estimates. For our first deep clean it was a two day job. (Yikes right?!?) she did all the windows and screens and carpets the first day. She came back on the second and did a deep clean inside. What a relief it was at the end of that day. It was around $700 and worth every single penny. I had her come back a few months later for a deep clean before my In-laws came to visit. I think she came back another time as well. Then we bought a home, the people who lived there before while surface clean was fantastic, they had cats. I am allergic to cats not just a little. Luckily the carpets were new. During the final inspections at the close, I found balls of hair behind the window blinds, around baseboards, behind toilets, on top of cabinets, under the fridge and stove etc. I called her a little freaked out and she showed up within 2 days and just tackled every possible surface she could think of. Wiped all the shutters, in and out of every closet and cabinet nook and cranny. Then a few days later did a full deep clean, including carpets at the house we moved out of. The homeowner said it was the best he'd seen in the 30+ years he'd been renting the home. It takes a minute to get my hubby comfortable with a "stranger" in the house. He works from home. But he's quite fond of Noelle. She's exceeded expectations regularly. The one challenge I would say is they tend to run about an hour later than their estimated arrival time. But that's kind of the deal living on Oahu.

As soon as Rachel and her crew arrived (10mins early), we did a quick walk thru and they got right to it. They had their own supplies and were able to clean the whole house (3bed 2bath) in a timely manner. The whole house smelled so good when they were done & she even did the garage for us! After they were done, we did a final walk thru together and she pointed out everything that was done so I had no discrepancies in the future. They were able to accommodate us and moved their schedule around to clean our house the very next day. They were a little late because of traffic, but all is forgiven because of the last minute schedule and they gave us a courtesy call. Which I appreciated. It was a two person crew and they did an awesome job! We had a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, den, kitchen and living room. It was done fairly quickly, and everything was clean and spotless after. Pay close attention to their basic package vs what they'll call a "mobile package" that does not include cleaning furniture such as lamp and living room tables. Then check out their Basic package that includes those services that costs a lot less. The services on the so called mobile package charges $300 compared to Basic package which less than $300.
