No real explanation, just a last-minute cancellation after I had already rearranged my morning. I immediately requested a refund of the assessment fee, but it still took a full week before I finally got my money back. Between the cancellation, the lack of professionalism, and the delay in refunding my payment, this company showed me they can't be counted on. I'd suggest finding a plumber who values their customers' time.

I assumed that iris had blocked it for me. So I chose 11:30-12 midnight so I could at least process my $95.00 in time and get my appointment in as scheduled at 9am. So that morning she had called and said that they are not able to come at 11:30pm-12midnight so it was cancelled.I wasn't expecting them to come at that time dah, she knew that I requested 9:00am the week before. She never explained that I needed to pay immediately to make my 9am appointment. If that was the case I would have done so as I was in desperate urgency needing a plumber. I was very disappointed at what had happened. I requested for my refund of $95.00 fee , she said it will be refunded back. It had been 7 days now and I have not seen a credit back to my credit card. In this day and age no one should be checking and calling the business for a refund for a service that never happened and that was canceled. She promised I would be fully refunded. Still waiting..... This was a bad experience.

After calling everyone I could think of, including the board of water supply, with no one providing any help, I typed in "plumbers" into Yelp and started cold calling down the list. First Class Plumbing was the third company listed but the first one that seemed to care. I was warned that I was calling after hours so I'd have an emergency fee if I wanted service now... I joked "fine - this is an emergency" and was told I'd get a call back as soon as they could get ahold of one of their plumbers. I went back to trying to heave buckets of water into a nearby sink and received a call back 15 minutes later. The plumber was so calm, and after hearing that I was still dealing with gushing water, explained to me how to stop the water flow. He asked me to send him pictures of the burst pipe and the faucet and got off the phone to price everything out including replacing the pipes and faucet. After doing all that work he told me what the cost would be and then said it was no worries if given the price I didn't want to continue on - or at least wait until it wasn't an emergency (an extra $150 charge). I said I definitely wanted the service and he came right out and fixed the burst pipe. I would already have been raving about this place for their competent service if it had been a normal scheduled appointment. But the fact that this company and the plumber were there for me when no one else was, and went above and beyond walk me through how to stop the problems and extremely quickly look into part costs for me before I ever even agreed to the service has made me a loyal customer forever!

Unclogged Our…read morebathroom sink was unexpectedly clogged earlier this week; the water was at a standstill...it would not drain at all from the sink. Faced with such a stressful and inconvenient situation, we called (as we have done in the past) Rayo Plumbing. My mother left a message on morning of Tues 6/23, they returned our call later that day, and thankfully we were able to secure an appointment for this morning, Wed 6/24. Brandon was punctual and arrived at 9:00am. We again shared our problem with our sink and that the water didn't drain, and he got right work diagnosing the problem and set to work on resolution. He "snaked" the drain, was able to remove any "problem" which led to the clog, and restored the faucet and sink t working order. He was also able to resolve a leaky faucet in our secondary bathroom. In the end, we felt the price point was reasonable, and we were extremely grateful, as well as thankful, that he was able to help us this morning. side NOTE I was unaware that my mom had placed a call to Rayco Plumbing yesterday morning, and so I had sent out a request for quotes/service using the Yelp app. I was thankful that multiple businesses responded to my request, but I felt bad in the end for wasting people's valuable time.
