I told them that I'd like 50% back. They came back and said after careful inspection we cannot give you back 50% so I'm not really sure what they were going to do for me. Their process is extremely broken because at the bottom of the receipt and work order. It says that the line manager has the final say but I never got a call or email from the line manager saying that the initial report was 100% wrong. All I got was an estimate for replumbing the entire drains but nothing that said that the report was erroneous after having three other plumbers come out, which they all agreed the pipes needed to be replaced. I didn't get a video or pictures of the pipe. Only a small paragraph that said nothing abnormal noticed. I'm not a plumber that's why I'm paying plumbing companies to come out and do the work and I trust that they're going to do their best so I cannot be the one to verify their work. But but in the end I really need my plumbing to work and not feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. Eventually the owner caught wind of this and called me up. Credited me back $100 but I wish I had seen the reviews that this company has gotten in the past few months. I don't know if something changed there but I'm glad it's not just me that's dealing with this

The sewer was backed up! This means they had no toilet/shower/anything. My dad lifted the toilet to get to the sewer line directly and still no luck. No luck through the cleanout either. I had to find a plumber fast because my mom is having some health/memory issues, and it would be very difficult for my parents if they didn't have a functioning system. I started to call around to find a plumber and noticed JNJ was located close to my parents house. I called, and he had some of his guys close by and available, they showed up within 20 minutes and began working on it. They were both very professional and cool, but unfortunately after trying for over an hour, the blockage was still immobile, the auger and snake couldn't do it. They said they needed bigger equipment to clear it, and would have to have Jason (owner) stop by later. Jason was on other side of island, but he called and said he was finishing up a job and would be there after. He showed up around 6pm, I believe with his son. I had to leave already but my dad told me how they worked and worked on the pipe for a long time and finally were able to make it through the blockage. They're still not sure what it was, but my dad was so happy with their service. They spent awhile cleaning up, resetting the toilet/wax seal my dad had pulled, and making sure everything was working. This must have been the end of a very long day for them as I think it was past 7pm when they finished. My dad is sort of old school, like he hates having things done by other people because he still thinks he can still do everything himself. But after seeing the hard work JNJ did and how great of a job they did, he was telling me how happy he was that he used them. He also said their price was very reasonable. I've had a few plumbing jobs here and there on my own place, and never found a place I'm 100% happy with, but now with JNJ I've found a new plumber that I would highly highly recommend.
