I'm not sure if the person in charge is aware of the poor customer service here but a couple of other tables were showing signs of frustration, too. After waiting for another 20'ish minutes and still no food, we let our servers (?) know we decided to leave and we had a picnic at the lake with stuff we brought. Very enjoyable - I highly recommend it. On our way out, I saw the server tell the kitchen we left and everyone looking surprised. A woman was looking at me so I asked if there was someone available to listen about why we're leaving and a different woman stepped forward and listened.
