I purchased a 2025 Bronco Sport Heritage Edition earlier this year. We brought our vehicle back in for some post sale work promised when purchasing the vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off on June 1st, to have small dents repaired on the tailgate, while also repairing the lifetime plastic wrap that they add when purchasing while also adding the Antenna that was missing.
I flew out to Boston for a work trip and let Madison know that they have a week tomorrow complete the work, and I will pick it up on Sunday, June 7th. I attempted to reach out to Madison several times to receive an update to no response. I called the dealership on June 7th, and they could not find my vehicle. I followed that up with a call in June 8th, and the service manager was able to locate the vehicle after 1 day of searching for it. I asked if the work was completed and it was not.
After going back and forth with the dealership, Nicholas Harford, one of their sales managers, finally called me back on June 11th. He stated that the work was completed, then he asked if the driver side door was also needing to be repaired. I asked, well, what is wring with the driver side door? He mentioned paint work. I stated that there was nothing wrong with the door. At that time, we jumped on a FaceTime call and to my amazement, my driver side door was damaged to the metal with a sizable dent.
We drove an hour to dealership that night to look at the damage. Someone smacked into the side of the Bronco Sport and just left it there. Nick assured me that he would have it fixed on the 12th of June. The Mobile Automotive Paint Technician did not show on the 12th. Nick also offered to fuel my vehicle which I declined; however, he still put a small amount of fuel in the vehicle.
Fast forward to June 13th, the Automotive paint technician arrives to work on the car. I asked to speak with him prior to work being initiated. I also asked for a written statement of work, which I did not receive. I then asked for pictures when the body work was completed. Well you guessed it, no pictures were sent. I arrived to the dealership, only to see that they damaged the vehicle more.
The dent is still in the door, the paint is mismatched, no clear coat was applied, they over sprayed onto the quarter panel and rear driver side door, they damaged the white trim, they damaged the black door and frame moldings, as well as other parts of the vehicle.
The offer to fix was to hire their body tech again or possibly a different body tech due to the fact that they can guarantee their work and/or warranty the work. That offered little satisfaction.
We provided Daniel Tesfaye, their managing partner, a written estimate of the damages. He refused to pay for the repair and offered, once again, to have his automotive technician do the work. Two managers at the dealership admitted fault stating, "They dropped the ball"; however, they are not willing to correct the issue by returning the vehicle to a like new or new condition. This is just unsatisfactory. I will add pictures at a later date.
I hope all future consumers do their research before purchasing from this dealership. read more
