Went in with a trade was a little disappointed in the trade in value but it was a car I had just sitting in the garage for over a year so was looking to get something I would drive. I did and beat out another customer for the same vehicle by 45 mins (You snooze you lose) got what I came for and Will was a great service person. I think those that are all complaining are just mad and trying to get something beyond their means (And credit rating) Would buy from them again. Definity would recommend them but don't come in with no credit and think they owe you.......There's no fake it until you make it here........ read more

AVOID. Fully financed a 718 cayman, they ghosted my bank on sending the title and sold the car to someone else. Avoid the DOWC warranty- service advisors hate this company. fine print wont cover full shop rate, or even taxes on the work, will draw out any process to approval and wiggle out of it. Would get coverage from Assurant or Fidelity but they wont cover branded title vehicles. read more

Bought a car from these people a year and a half ago. I just went to try to sell it, but now I cannot sell it because it is coming up that the car was in an accident and was considered a total loss by the insurance company and dragged off to an auction and sold. When I purchased the car I asked them to pull the Carfax, they did, which only shows a "minor accident no airbags deployed". Experian AutoCheck report, GoodCar, as well as a few others, show the vehicle has a total loss record and the insurance company wrote it off as a total loss with "severe structural damage". This was not disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle. Also, somehow the vehicle has a clean title and not a salvage title. Shame on me for trusting the carfax report and not digging deeper. But I explicitly asked this dealership if there was any damage to the car or accidents other than the minor accident showing on the Carfax, and they told me absolutely not. Again, after doing some extensive research I found everything online. This dealership new 100% about the total loss and the listed severe structural damage. I confirmed this with an employee that no longer works there as well. So buyer beware! Do not rely on just the Carfax. Again, found all this out when I went to sell the vehicle. There is the issue of my insurance company as well, if for some reason I get in an accident, or the car is totaled, the insurance company is only going to give me Fair cash value for the vehicle and if they see that this vehicle has been in an accident and it is listed as severe structural damage, as a total loss, I'm not going to get shit for the vehicle. So do your homework if you're buying a vehicle from these people or anybody else for that matter. These are not honest people. Again, I asked them, they knew, and they did not disclose the total loss. Not sure if I have any recourse after owning the car for a year and a half and, I don't know how, but it is still under full factory warranty with Mercedes. But I'm sure if Mercedes finds out this car has been in an accident and listed as a total loss with the insurance company, listing severe structural damage, they will no longer honor the warranty. The car seems 100% fine, I've had no issues, I hardly drive it, and here are the pictures of the vehicles accident that they did not disclose. I found the repair shop that did the work. I believe because Drive a Wreck, I mean Drive a Dream, did not disclose the total loss, that it is fraud. We are contacting a consumer protection attorney, after filing a complaint with Georgia attorney general's consumer protection division. This was/is Gross Misrepresentation. Again, buyer beware, lesson learned. Do your homework on any car you buy from these guys or anybody else. read more

PSA: Don't Fall for the "DriveADream" Lemon Trap If you are looking at a manufacturer buyback or lemon-titled vehicle from DriveADream, be aware of the deceptive pricing tactics used to mask the true value of their inventory. 1. The "MSRP" Illusion DriveADream markets their cars as "thousands off MSRP." This is a classic bait-and-switch. They are comparing the price of a used, branded-title car to a factory-fresh sticker price. A fair comparison is against other used cars with similar mileage and clean titles. 2. Predatory Pricing A lemon-titled vehicle typically carries a 25-40% valuation penalty. DriveADream frequently lists lemons at the same price as clean-titled counterparts. For instance, they are currently listing Kia EV9 lemons for ~$40,000--the same price Kelly Blue Book lists for a clean title. 3. The Insurance Gap (The Hidden Cost) They will tell you the car is "better than new" because it's been inspected, but your insurance company won't care. If you total a car you bought for $40,000 that has a lemon title, the insurance payout will be based on the branded value--roughly $24,000. You will be instantly underwater by $16,000 the moment you drive off the lot. The Bottom Line: Don't let "luxury" branding distract you from the math. If you aren't getting at least 30% off the used market value, you aren't getting a deal--you're getting scammed. read more

Requiring an upfront deposit prior to visiting a car dealership is a retailing no no, and a red flag to danger. Not disclosing that your offering is a reconstructed car from a total loss without upfront disclosure is very unethical. I understand that this may be a successful strategy to move problem cars at higher prices on the internet, but it doesn't help with after the sale confidence that you are dealing with a reliable and trustworthy dealer. Best to avoid this place , there are many other places to buy cars that will be more upfront. read more

i was nervous about buying a car from a used car lot a couple thousand miles away, but when the car arrived it was as perfect as i would expect from buying it CPO from BMW itself. There was disapointing dealerships with car under 5,000 mile that were in poor condition and not preped for resale. not so here!! they cleaned it up to near showroom condition. i recomend them. my only issue was the title and that was California DMV that created the problems. read more

I came here fully prepared to purchase a car I had been interested in, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The dealer I interacted with was very rude and had a poor attitude from the start. I've never experienced this level of unprofessionalism while car shopping before. I was barely acknowledged, and it honestly made me feel unwelcome--possibly because I'm a woman, which is even more concerning. Customer service should be a top priority, especially in a setting where people are making major purchases. Because of the way I was treated, I ultimately decided not to move forward with buying the car here. If the customer service had been better, I would have made the purchase. I strongly recommend that management invest in better training for their staff. read more

Stay FAR Away - Shady & Unprofessional Business Practices If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I negotiated a deal on a Porsche Taycan and initially declined the non-refundable deposit, meaning the car was still on the market. On 2/1, I got approved for an auto loan and finalized the purchase with a SIGNED contract of sale--including my name, the agreed-upon price, and the car's details--making it officially sold to me. After that, their incompetence became glaring. I requested the necessary title application for my bank, and their clueless title clerk repeatedly sent the wrong forms, delaying my loan processing. Despite their mistakes, I remained patient and kept pushing forward. On 2/6, after finally getting my bank's approval and confirming that they were overnighting the check, I texted the dealership to let them know I was ready to pay my full down payment. Their response? "Brother, car is sold." What?! The car was already sold to me on 2/1! This dealership blatantly disregards contracts, prioritizing financial gain over integrity. They wasted so much of my time, impacted my credit score, and I even paid out of pocket for a pre-inspection, which they claimed they'd refund--but, of course, I haven't seen a single cent. This place operates with zero professionalism and shady business practices. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. read more

Don't sell reconstructed titled vehicles. Mislead, especially for the price of a normal title.

Changed the price between verbal agreement as well as advertised price and invoice. Didn't add deposit to the invoice until lender found the problem, this greatly delayed shipping. $700 documentation fee for them to screw up the actual documents. I'm sure I got screwed on the taxes as well, but who knows? At first I thought it was a simple mistake, but the pattern starts to create thoughts of intentional fraud. You'll have no idea when or if your vehicle will actually ship unless you constantly harass the dealer on the phone. Don't be an idiot like me and read every line very closely. It's easy to click through their signing app. A $1200 life lesson in shady auto dealer contracts. read more

Purchased a Tesla X plaid 2023 in October Part 1 - Promised there would be no issues with it. Since then I've been to Tesla 3 times with navigation issues that they can't resolve and basically works improperly. I called the owner (basim) with the issues (Navigation not working, chair doesn't move). In the beginning he answered with great customer service. He stated that he will compensate me for the delay in delivery as well as for the issues with the car and asked me to update him if Tesla can't figure it out. Since then he's been avoiding my calls, and doesn't return them. Very upsetting that a simple transaction would have to be escalated to legal and BBB complaints. Definitely do not recommend. Watch out for these lemon cars. End of the day - seemed to have hidden defects (some with effort to hide). Management seem to manage online presence, not customer satisfaction, fairness. read more

My unfair treatment is simple so I'm not sure why even management is struggling so much to both see and resolve the issue. I purchased a vehicle mid year in 2024 under the guise that I would be able to refinance at a later date. The finance manager at the time reassured me with this knowledge at the time of sale. "Just pay 6 months and you'll be able to refinance with the lender" he said. It was a complete lie. Not only does the lender not refinance their own vehicles, a number of reputable banks will not finance the vehicle due to the carfax (was also reassured by the finance manager than it would have no bearing on selling/refinancing in the future). Essentially I am stuck with the vehicle and the dealership's only solution is to provide lowball offers in which I have to fork out thousands of dollars or LOSE thousands to get out of the current deal. Very upsetting experience that has dragged on far too long. The finance manager, OF COURSE, no longer works there (hmmmm wonder why and what bad practices led to this). Tony actually hung up the phone on me as well. I'd run from this dealership at all costs unless you just like being lied and taken advantage of. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased a Porsche Cayenne from this dealership with James and fully regret it! The car was shipped from GA to CA, upon arrival the truck driver had to jump the car TWICE as the battery was dead. I was so stressed driving this car and had to jump it later several times until I was able to take it to Porsche. I was also promised I would receive a level 1 and level 2 chargers for the car. Well guess what, it wasn't in the car. I was then told they would ship the charger. I receive the package and instead of a Porsche charger I get a TESLA charger instead that doesn't even fit the port for my car. I also noticed the car came without any floor mats. The manager Kenny emailed me giving me an option for myself to go directly to Porsche to buy the promised parts under the premise that he would send me a check on the mail after receiving the invoice. I purchased the parts, sent him the invoice and was met with a short and resistant response asking me if I had already bought the parts and that he "suddenly" had the distribution department "find" the charger. I responded saying I did purchased it after I got confirmation via email by him to do so. Well, I've contacted him twice and have now been ghosted. At this point I will be contacting an attorney to take legal action as I have plenty of evidence, emails, texts and video of the car being jumped by the driver who delivered the car. I wish I read all of these horrible yelp reviews prior to making this purchase, but if you're reading this....be smarter than me and stay away from this fraudulent business. read more

One Star -- We Paid in Full, But Were Treated Like an Afterthought We purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander from this dealership as out-of-state buyers and paid in full on April 18. We were told the vehicle would be delivered within 14 days. It didn't arrive until May 15 -- 13 days late -- and what should have been an exciting purchase turned into a stressful, frustrating ordeal. From April 14 onward, we communicated only with a general manager -- not a salesperson. He was the one who told us they had to order a part for the sunroof after we pointed out a noise on April 12. The dealership initially said they lubricated it and thought it was fine -- but days later they discovered it still wasn't working. That delay alone cost us two weeks. The fact that this car was even listed for sale when it had a known mechanical issue is unacceptable. Had we not noticed the sound ourselves, or had we bought it in person, we strongly suspect nothing would have been done to address the defect. As the delays stretched on, we had to chase down every single update ourselves. Even the general manager repeatedly failed to follow up when promised. Delivery was then further delayed by a full week of no-shows and cancellations from drivers the dealership hired via a third-party load board. The dealership never showed urgency to get our fully paid-for vehicle to us. When we asked for $100/day in compensation for the delay, the general manager said the most he could offer was $300 unless he got further approval. We were told a request had been submitted -- but as of this review, we have received no compensation and not even a formal apology. When the car finally arrived on May 15, we were again disappointed: * Nearly empty gas tank * No windshield wiper fluid * Minimal detailing * Washer fluid tube was broken * Most fluids were low We were responsible for addressing these issues ourselves. Clearly, there was no quality check before sending the vehicle, and no effort made to ensure it arrived in the condition expected for such a significant purchase. We have since received the title and registered the vehicle, but that was one of the very few things that went smoothly. What future customers should know: * Don't expect proactive communication -- you'll have to chase down every update. * Even a general manager may treat you like an afterthought. * Cars may be listed before they're ready to be sold. * Paying in full guarantees nothing. * You may receive a car in poor condition -- and be left to fix the issues yourself. The only positive part of this experience was the delivery driver, who was kind and professional. Everything else made us feel like our business didn't matter -- and we wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. read more

Called on a Porsche Macan S sent me pictures of the vehicle. I ran a carfax and noticed it is a LEMON LAW BUY BACK VEHICLE. All they sell is cars that are valued from 30-50% less wholesale value due to having issues the manufacturer could not fix. This is a scammer dealership, asked about the title and was told it was branded, the sales guy then laughed and said to do my own diligence on checking. Outstanding people that will make sure your car is in perfect shape and make sure the customer is happy. The best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I bought a 2021 vehicle from Drive a Dream in January 2024. The process was smooth if a bit slow, but they explained everything and got me a good deal on the vehicle. I had it checked out, which Drive a Dream fixed as requested. However, after taking the car home, I noticed a warning sign that had been on for a few days. I took it to the manufacturer dealership, and they quoted me $4,500 to fix this part, saying it was not advised to drive the vehicle before it was fixed. I called Drive a Dream, and they took car of fixing the car for no additional cost. They really stepped up when they didn't have to in order to make sure I was fully satisfied with my new car. Steve is the man, and Basim will take excellent care of you. I cannot recommend Drive a Dream enough. read more

Original Review (10/13/2024): Bought a 2022 Mercedes S500 from them. Love the car so far, but overall experience with this dealership was horrible. Agreed to a deal on Monday (9/9), financing approved on Thursday (9/12), filled out paperwork early Friday morning (9/13). Was told everything is good to go, all paperwork complete and car just needs to be shipped to me (Texas). I was told the car would likely be picked up by shipping carrier the following Monday (9/16). I don't hear much from the dealer on Monday, or the following days. Finally, I get a call on Thursday (9/19) telling me there is more paperwork to be completed, and the a shipping carrier had STILL not been dispatched. This is one week after completing all paper work based on their word. I was obviously very upset by this and actually threatened to cancel the deal once in the process. The finance manager then promised to include something in the deal for me to compensate the trouble, which was also a false promise. Never received or heard anything about this. Typical dealership behavior after closing a deal. During the week, I called many times for an update and in one instance, the finance manager said he would get an update for me and call me back in 10 mins. Surprise, he never called back. Finally, 2 weeks after initially filling out paperwork, the car showed up at my house on Tuesday (9/24) afternoon. Was happy it showed up but I have to mention there was no heads up, nobody even told me it had been picked up or even gave me a phone call or text to let me know the car was on its way. The dealer did not even reach out to me until probably a week after I got the car. Lastly, it took them over 4 weeks to start the process to get the car registered. Just last week, they requested the state inspection be done and a copy of insurance be sent to them. Process was longer and much more complicated than it ever should have been. Additionally, they were not honest about the whole process and are pretty unorganized. I am grateful the car had no issues so far and showed up as described. I would never buy a car from them again, which is an absolute shame. We have bought ~9 cars in the last 6 years, I can say with 100% certainty that I would have given them my business multiple times in the future. I will avoid them now. UPDATE (11/25/2024): Caught a nail in one of the rear tires and had to be replaced. Unfortunately, it took this happening for me to notice they sold me a car with mismatched tires (Continentals on the front, Pirellis in the back). In what world does a dealership think it's okay to sell a luxury car with mismatched tires? Before updating this review, I spoke to Basim and he asked for receipts as replacing the tires to match cost me over $2k. Not only that, the continentals weren't even the same tires. One had been discontinued. It has now been 2 weeks since I spoke to him about this issue and to discuss the issues I've mentioned in this review, and he never got back to me. They have failed to make up for their mistakes at literally every chance I've given them. DO NOT buy a car from them. read more

After realizing this car was a lemon law buy back, we ended up buying a car from a different place. Drive a Dream would not get back to us about refunding our money. Outstanding buying experience with Drive a Dream. After browsing the internet and looking for a car for weeks, I was so fortunate that I found my dream car - a 2023 Toyota Sequoia - online at Drive a Dream. However, being from Boca Raton, Florida, and being in the area for only one day - to visit my son at Emory - I needed to have a fast and seamless buying experience. Which is exactly what I had. In addition to a seamless buying experience, there are so many benefits to going to Drive a Dream to find the car you are looking for. Inventory There is huge inventory to choose from at Drive a Dream. Although Drive a Dream does specialize in high end luxury vehicles, you may find - as I did with my Sequoia - a car even if you are not looking in the high end space. Additionally, although many of the cars at Drive a Dream are not officially "new", they are basically new in the sense that they are all in excellent condition, many with low or little millage. In fact, the car of my dream - a 2023 Sequoia had a little over 10,000 miles and was basically new. Excellent Price: I found the vehicle I was looking for - a 2023 Sequoia - at an excellent price. So basically, I bought a new car at a discounted, used car price. Moreover, although not technically new, my vehicle is in excellent condition. Piece of Mind: Moreover, since my vehicle has approximately 10,000 miles and is only a year old, if anything were to go wrong, the manufacturer - Toyota - will cover the issue. However, I did purchase an additional warranty to provide me with more coverage at a nominal cost. Excellent Sales Associate: Steve Brant, my sales associate, was not only very friendly, but was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. Moreover, there was no sales pressure to purchase. Financing: The financing process was seamless and satisfying. The finance manager, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, provided me with several options to choose from which would suit my budget. Buying Experience: My buying experience was outstanding and extremely extremely customer friendly. From the low/no pressure environment, to the speed of the transaction, as well shipping the vehicle to the location of your choice - at no cost. In fact, my family and I have purchased several cars in the last decade with Drive a Dream being the most satisfying. As mentioned, my sales associate, Steve Brant, was top notch. Moreover, Steve's coworker's from John his fellow associate to Basim Galla the General Manager, are extremely helpful and made the buying process extremely satisfying. I do wish I knew about Drive a Dream earlier so my wife and kids could have purchased their vehicles at Drive a Dream. Highly Recommend: In summation, I not only will purchase my next vehicle at Drive a Dream, but highly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to go there first. And if they are lucky enough to get Steve Brant to help them, as I was, they are in excellent hands. read more
