Believe all the other reviews - these guys are SHADY. They require all vehicles to be financed for at least 3 months. Meaning if you can pay cash, or use alternative financing, they won't allow it. You have to finance through them for at least 3 months because "it's the only way for us to mitigate loses as a business" (exact quote from the sales guy). Steer clear and as the rule of thumb goes, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

This place did not disappoint. I called on a vehicle 6/5/25. Got the deal closed 6/5/25. They delivered the car 7.5 hours away on 6/14/25. This is the first used car I have purchased sight unseen. I usually only buy new unseen so I was a bit nervous. Walk around video showed me the exact condition of the car. Tim, my consultant, hid nothing and actually pointed out all imperfections which weren't even imperfections in my mind. It's used. They were straightforward, honest and did everything they promised. Just ask for Tim. He will treat you right.

Trust what Marcus says! He gets it done! My wife is happy so I'm happy! Look for the guy in this picture!

Stellar customer service from Marcus at Atlanta Autos! My wife was looking for a 2023 Range Rover that had very specific specs with little wrong with it cosmetically. We looked at several dealerships around Atlanta and even flew to Massachusetts to look at a couple. Funny thing is we looked at this one at Atlanta Auto first but there were a couple of things "wrong" with the cosmetics that she didn't like. Marcus said he'd get it fixed 100% if we moved forward and pushed to get us the BEST deal possible! He followed up and was always was professional, even when he thought he'd lost the deal. The dealership kept their word and fixed a small dent on the bumper and scratch on the trunk. Now her Ranger Rover looks BRAND NEW! We appreciate you Marcus and my wife is SUPER HAPPY! Thank you also to Atlanta Autos for making good on the deal. Rodrigo in financing was cool as a fan too! I'm coming back here to look for my Rolls Royce EV soon!

When I returned to the dealership and mentioned my budget, I was immediately shown other cars that were of NO interest to me. I expressed to the sales woman that I had another car to see that same day and would follow up with the dealership. Within a few hours, the saleswoman was calling and texting. Over the next few days we corresponded, I was encouraged to fill out the credit application as it would be a soft inquiry on my credit and that there were options available for financing. The saleswoman even went to the extent of texting me about an exciting opportunity for financing that was available!!! After settling in the vehicle and filling out the application, I had not heard back. Begrudgingly, I had to reach out to the eager saleswoman. (NOTE: Upon reaching out to the saleswoman I received an email from CarGurus stating that the car had been sold! Sold?!?! Why wasn't I notified??) I contacted the saleswoman and she proceeded with the following speech: " I was off the other day because I was having my monthly cramps but came in to deal with a customer. The finance manager said he'd contact you but now he's on vacation and when I went to the other sales manager just now, he said it's been sold. I didn't know! How else can I help you??" I read reviews and neglected to go with my gut on this one, especially after being approached by a green saleswoman trying to sell me an Audi when I was specifically there for the Camry. To add insult to injury, I received an update regarding my credit. The 'soft' inquiry that she claimed would be processed was NOT soft. It was in fact a 'hard' inquiry and would impact my credit score for the next 3 months!!! NOTE: It takes zero effort to be simple and uninformed, case and point.

The car I was interested in ended up selling to a walk-in ahead of me, which was obviously not ideal. Hakeem still got me into a good looking car at a decent price, and Tashi stole the show. He was kind & answered my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He offered me a 3-month warranty as a courtesy, and I had a good, simple experience with them. They sell their cars at a good price point.

I purchased a vehicle from Marietta Car Center and everyone was great. No used car dealership can…read moreknow every detail about the cars they are selling. I had a couple issues with mine and they took care of it promptly. It amuses me to read about people complaining about this establishment and Buy Here Pay Heres in general. If you have great credit and lots of cash there are better deals out there. If you have great credit and lots of cash you don't get a Secured Mastercard or Visa. If you have great credit and lots of cash you don't buy a home on an FHA loan. But Buy Here Pay Heres provide people like me with bad credit and without lots of cash an option. Without them I would not be able to have a vehicle at all. People should be grateful for such services they provide rather than being resentful for the terms. So many people write bad reviews complaining that their car was disabled just because they missed a payment. People like us are bad credit risks. This policy is just good business. And not just that, it's more than fair. Buy Here Pay Heres are taking risks that other dealerships will not even consider. Feel fortunate not resentful. The other common complaint is that at some point the car needed repairs. The dealership cannot control that and would be out of business quickly if they had to warranty their cars indefinitely for free. They offer a warranty. If you can afford it then buy it. Read it because within it it will tell you what is covered and what is not. If you pass on the warranty and the car fails then that's not on the dealership. Do not sign a contract then change your mind about what you have agreed to then go on to write bad reviews to damage a business's reputation. when you do that you are not only hurting the owner of the establishment you are also hurting its employees and they do not deserve that. I personally do not know anyone who works there. I do not know who owns the place. I was just like the rest of you wanting to buy a car but having poor credit and not a lot of cash. I did a local Google search and they came up. When I read some of these reviews posted here it just upset me because those people are just like us trying to feed their families and when you post bad reviews for stuff that they are not doing wrong such as disabling your vehicle when you don't make your payment or not fixing your car for free when it breaks, you are hurting families. If this you and you have had a moment to calm down I would ask that you delete your review. I hate to see good people hurt other good people.

She spent 2 hours driving round trip to only see a car that was night and day from the post. We found Johnny and immediately knew this was the answer to our "trust, time, searching a larger area car problem". Johnny handled all aspects of this and made it simple. He gave daily updates. He inspected, repaired and transported the vehicle. He had the paperwork ready to go and made the entire process SIMPLE (A to Z). If you are like us and do not have the energy to waste time, efforts or money CALL Johnny. You will be glad you did.

For context my wife and I were in Atlanta for a week and hoped to buy a Honda Odyssey for our growing family during that time. I had spent hours looking at dozens of Odysseys, and had a spreadsheet with 5 or 6 that were worth a look. Then my wife came across Johnny's site on CRAIGS LIST of all places. I called him Monday morning and explained what we were looking for in a car. It was very clear from that conversation that Johnny knew a significant amount about the industry, and even more importantly about the Odyssey itself. This put me at ease immediately. Ten minutes after we got off the phone, and before I had even sent the deposit (he does require a refundable deposit to show that you are serious), he had already sent me a car that fit my criteria. After mulling it over for a bit, we decided to buy it by Monday afternoon. We had had the opportunity to look at a few other options from my spreadsheet in the meantime, but none really fit the billing. Once we decided to buy the car, that's where Johnny's service really shone through. Johnny started sending videos of the entire process - his initial once over, interior, exterior, and all the little details. He noted the very minor defects, and also the outstanding features (there were many). I received videos of him test driving the car in the rain, on the highway, testing various features from air conditioning to alignment. He sent me a video of the engine bay, including his assessment of all the engine components. He even put the car on a lift and sent a video of the undercarriage, showing no leaks whatsoever and no rust. All in all, I felt like I really knew the car despite not putting hands on it. Furthermore, Johnny is not pushy. When I asked about various maintenance items, Johnny actually checked for potential issues and multiple times told me the car "doesn't need that", saving me additional money. It felt like the opposite of the classic salesman trying to sell you a useless extended warranty. When I asked him if the car could be ready before we left town, he and his mechanic (shoutout to Nick) stayed late at the shop to get the car finished (I did have a timing belt put on as part of routine recommended maintenance). The best part was the windshield. After I had signed the paperwork to buy the car "as is" including any defects, Johnny discovered a chip in the windshield hidden under a sticker and told me he would take care of it for no extra cost to me. THAT is why he is so great. He goes above and beyond, and he not only says he wants the best car for you - he actually makes it happen. You see, Johnny is not just a broker trying to push cars on customers. He wants you to have the perfect car, and goes the extra mile or two to ensure customer satisfaction. We got lucky by buying the first car he shared with me - (it can take up to two weeks for him to find the perfect car for you). All in all, it took 60 hours from the first phone call to the car pickup. Just incredible. After driving the car for a bit, I took a whiff of the engine bay - and it literally smelled perfect like a new car. Odysseys are known for VCM issues that cause oil leaks and oil burning in the engine, and this car very clearly was not burning oil because there was no smell. This was just the cherry on top. Johnny, we are so grateful for you, and we will be sending everyone we can your direction. Oh, and we will definitely be back for the 12 seater van once we have 8 kids haha :)
