Either these guys at Atlanta Auto Brokers are shysters, or they must have mistaken me for a desperate fool. First, they offered me a predatory 17.94% interest rate which had to have plenty of dealer padding included. I went to an outside lender and received a rate less than half of that. Then when they wrote up the order, they added something called "dealer service fees" which added almost $1000 to the price of the car. When I objected, they agreed to waive the "dealer service fee". But then Austin claimed they had already put my selected car through a multi-point inspection and made any needed repairs. And he assured me that if they were unable to make the needed repairs, they would return the car to the auction instead of selling it. He then encouraged me to get the car inspected myself and -- if there was anything else that needed fixing -- he would have it taken care of or negotiate the price downward, because once I bought it and drove it off the lot, then they wouldn't be responsible for it. At the same time, he promised me they would still fix any issues, even though they didn't have to at that point. I guess this was all designed to win my trust. Well, that was a big lie. When I took the car for a pre-purchase inspection, the independent inspector found several safety issues which Austin and his manager Tristan refused to repair. Their response was they already gave me a "discount" by waiving the padded "dealer service fees", so they weren't going to make any of the requested repairs, nor were they going to discount the price of the car. Austin's demeanor then changed from "Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde". He told me that since I agreed the car ran well during our test drive around the block, I should either buy it "as is" at their list price or decide to leave without it. According to him, "anyone can write up a list of repairs", as if my professional, independent, pre-purchase inspection (the one that he suggested I get) was now a complete hoax and not to be believed, since it uncovered several critical items that needed attention. Waiving padded and self-serving "dealer service fees" is not a discount or trade option for needed safety repairs. More importantly, selling a car that the dealer knows needs safety repairs is unethical AND against the law. They should have sent this car back to the auction, instead of trying to sell it to some unsuspecting female senior citizen. But I'm not talking about me, because I declined their foolishness and left without buying. Just in case they intend to keep trying to sell it without repairs, let the buyer beware! This was a 2018 VW Passat with VIN #1VWBA7A33JC006251, grey exterior with an off-white interior. It needs the following safety repairs before it should be sold: replacement of failing battery, filthy air filter replacement, replacement of dry-rotted lower control arm bushing, replacement of leaking valve cover gasket, replacement of leaking oil drain plug, repair of leaking axle boots, flushing of dark brake fluid, and an alignment (not exactly the kind of things you uncover during a drive around the block). But, I need to share my experience in purchasing my X6 from these guys. I am out of state and it was going to be a purchase site unseen. It was a rare car to find and wasn't sure what I was going to get. They took videos of the car, did a full walk around, didn't provide me with any BS but it being in better condition than it was. The car is almost perfect. No engine light or system resets, and their professional and straightforwardness was refreshing. It was transaction where both side received a win/win and above all a great customer experience. I got my car delivery from Georgia to Florida in one day and they took care of everything. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a car from Atlanta Auto Brokers in mid-August 2024, and it has been nothing short of a complete nightmare ever since. During the test drive, we immediately noticed the AC was blowing hot air. The dealership assured us they would look into the issue and take care of it. We trusted their word, gave them a deposit, and picked the car up the following weekend. **Big mistake.** Within two weeks of driving the car, the AC was blowing hot air again. We brought the car back, and they "tested" the AC, found no leaks, put Freon in, and claimed it was fixed. Fast forward another month of driving this car ONLY ON WEEKENDS (so, less than six times), and the AC was hot AGAIN. After the third time dealing with this, they finally decided to contact BMW to see if they could diagnose the issue. At this point, I started getting the runaround from Atlanta Auto Brokers because the car was purchased "as is." But let me remind you, they had promised to resolve this issue BEFORE I even bought the car! After weeks of chasing them down and multiple calls, the manager finally said they would "try" to talk to BMW and see if they could help. Well, I didn't wait around. I went directly to the BMW dealership myself, pulled the service and diagnostic history, and guess what I found? In JULY (a month before I purchased it), the previous owner had been told there was an issue with the AC evaporator core--a $4,800 repair--which they declined before promptly selling the car to Atlanta Auto Brokers. So here I am, stuck with a car with a known $4,800 AC issue that they hid from me. When confronted with this information, did they take responsibility? Absolutely not. Instead, they said they could "help" by covering part of the cost, but I would have to fork over $1,800 of the $3,700 they claimed they could repair it for. Fine, whatever. I just wanted the car fixed at this point. But when they told me the car was ready for pickup after the AC repair, they casually mentioned they found a "small, slow leak" in the radiator and offered to fix it for another $2,000+. What?? I drove the car back home (over an hour across town), and guess what happened? The car overheated, warning lights blaring to shut off the engine immediately, and all the coolant had leaked out. Now, I'm stuck with another urgent repair. I've had this car for less than TWO MONTHS, driven it fewer than SIX TIMES, and I've already spent thousands on a new tint ($1,500) and a new sound system ($1,200) right after purchasing it. Now, I'm facing an endless pit of repairs on a car that was obviously not only misrepresented but sold to me with known, costly issues. Atlanta Auto Brokers has been nothing but deceptive and unprofessional, dodging accountability every step of the way. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. If you're considering buying a car from them, RUN. I set an appointment and blocked out 3 hours of my day to test drive a Ghost they had for sale. Upon arrival, I was shown the car and handed the key. Since the car was inside the showroom, I requested the salesperson drive the car out of the dealership, to ensure no liability on my part.. I was then informed I would need to fill out a credit application for a test drive. I would need to endure a hard pull on my credit to TEST DRIVE a car I later learned had frame damage, which was undisclosed. I shared that I was pre approved for more than that amount via Navy Federal, thus the reason for my visit. They didn't wish to verify via my bank, only their network. The numbers were exactly what they should be with no craziness or recondition fee or stupid fees like nitrogen in the tires some dealer quotes(I know right lol) but they were transparent on the price, they were adamant on making sure I sign the clean carfax and test drive the car to make sure I'm happy. Traded my car in and drove off within 2 hours and the manager Tristan is a fellow that knows his business inside and out. Super knowledgeable on the deal structure and car components themselves when I asked questions. For a world full of craziness and hate, this dealership was filled with peace and kindness. If you ever wondered why used car dealers have such a bad reputation, look no further than Atlanta Auto Brokers. My son and I drove about two hours to buy a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were told everything checked out on inspection and were even shown maintenance records. Four days after driving off the lot, as my son was driving back to school, the engine blew. We ended up spending over $5,000 between the hotel room, replacing the engine and getting him to school and back to the shop to pick it up. The diagnosis was a cracked oil filter housing. Our mechanic said this would have been easy to see in a routine inspection and was likely caused by over tightening during an oil change. When I reported all of this to Atlanta Auto Brokers, they responded by telling me they had no idea this would happen and they were in no way responsible. However, they were willing to write a check for $400, "as a show of goodwill ." When I suggested splitting the cost might be more equitable, they discontinued contact. Took car to Kia dealer and found Stop Leakage solution was found in engine oil. Also car was leaking oil. Anthony knew that and stated a full inspection had been done on the car and guaranteed excellent condition. Well, we've already found that 3 out of 4 windows are busted. They will not roll back up. We've spoken to him 3 times since and he keeps stating he is going to "talk to his manager to see what they can do & call back" and of course, nothing. No one has helped remedy what they OBVIOUSLY knew was an issue. No dealership purchases a car without a complete inspection and they would have noticed 3 busted windows. Purchased a BMW SUV from them back at the beginning of January 2015. After test driving and lightly inspecting the vehicle pre-purchase, I noticed the rear interior sun visor was missing on the vehicle (has a panoramic roof). When I mentioned it to the salesmen (Terry), he said the part was already on order, and if I purchased the vehicle, I would just need to bring it in to be installed. Minus some minor other issues, I decided to purchase the SUV because the price was very good for such a low mileage car that had no issues. After sitting in their dealership for 5+ hours while my salesman and the finance officer took personal phone calls in front of me, I drove my car home. After 3 weeks of not being contacted about the panel arriving, I started to call the dealer to inquire when I could stop by to have the part installed. When I actually got through to someone (75% of the time, no one was available to help me, even at 11AM on a weekday), I got the same canned response of "Let me check on that and I'll call you right back". To this day, Atlanta Auto Brokers has never been the initiator of a phone call other than to let me know my registration was ready and the initial sales call when I inquired online. It finally was "discovered" that the part was never on order, and they offered to have my vehicle inspected to see what it would cost to fix the sunroof. I took the car in, and after 24 hours, the mechanic gave me a slight rundown of some minor issues under the hood (very slow oil leak, overdue oil change, couple of electrical bugs, nothing huge) as well as the cost of the sunroof fix. Because of how labor intensive the fix was (have to disassemble the roof, remount the visor, then put everything back together), it was going to cost at least $1,000. At this point, Atlanta Auto Brokers very clearly started avoiding my phone calls. No phone calls were returned, and only 1 out of 10 actually got through to an employee, at which point I'd always receive the response "I need to get with my owner to see what we're going to do". It has been 2 months since the last time I spoke to anyone at this dealership. At this point, I have figured out a quick fix for the issue, but I still cannot actually use my sunroof. If I could do it all over again, I would never pull into this dealership's parking lot. It did not feel professionally run the day I bought the car, which I attributed it to it being busy (purchased on a Saturday), but my interaction with the dealer since has confirmed that feeling. They sold me a mechanically sound car, but refused to work with me post purchase to fix things the salesman promised me would be fixed in less than 14 days. I will never purchase another car from them, I have warned dozens of friends and family to steer clear of them since I first started having problems with them, and will be posting this on all review sites I can find. We purchased a 2006 Toyota 4runner with 170k for $10k in March for my 16yr old son. We have had nothing but trouble with this car, we have spent well over $3000 in repairs in the last 5 months. The CarFax was clean, we asked Atlanta Auto Brokers to pay for the $2000 in repairs(which was emissions related & shouldn't have been sold with this problem) 4 days after we bought the car, they gave us $300. We now have been hit with another $800 repair. If we had spent $5,000 on this car I would have expected to have all these repairs. Sold them my only car on a Friday afternoon. Salesperson claimed no one present could issue a check for the purchase. Was assured the check would be mailed the following Monday. By Wednesday, I called Zahrah who gave useless "Sorry for any convenience but we didn't mail anything yet" Needed 2 signatures to issue check and only 1 person was here. I asked Zahrah to have the check overnighted and her response was "We are unable to do that". I have not received the payment and another call resulted in "it's in the mail". I live across town and there is no reason it should take almost a week to receive a check by mail and no reason a large dealership should be able to cover their mistake by paying the cost to overnight a check. I have a right to cancel the contract since I have not been paid and I have a right to sue for damages to include the cost of a rental car. They are not customer friendly at all. read more

I purchased a 2007 Audi A4 from Atlanta Auto Brokers less than 8 months ago..a very frustrating, disappointing 8 months. I visited the dealership in May of 2014 looking to purchase a 2001 Lexus ES300 that only had around 90k miles on it for about $5,000. Great deal, great car. Unfortunately that car sold by the time I was able to work with my credit union for a loan, but the salesman I had worked with seemed honest and friendly so I decided to consider other options with the dealership. I ended up purchasing a 2007 Audi A4 with about 78k miles on it. Everything seemed great...the next day the check engine light came on. I called and spoke with the salesman who sold me the car and he said to go ahead and bring it in and he'd take a look at it. He said it was just the gas cap and not to worry about. A couple of days later, the indicator screen on the dashboard started malfunctioning...I also noticed that the spare tire had large gashes in it and would definitely not be usable. I called and asked to speak to my salesman again and he said to bring it in and they would get the engine light, spare tire and indicator screen fixed for me. I brought the car in on a Saturday since I work Monday-Friday like many others...the salesman told me Saturday would not be a good day for him because it was too busy and to call to set up another time the next week. I called the next week and was told that the salesman was no longer with the company and that someone would reach out to help me. I waited a week and nothing happened. I called back and expressed my concern over the engine light coming on again, the destroyed spare tire and the malfunctioning indicator screen and was told the manager would call me back. Again, a week and nothing. I called back and asked to speak to the manager who was on a vacation, so the receptionist said she would leave him a message for him and have him call me back. Again, a week and nothing happened. I ended up bringing the car back and asking if I could just trade it for something else as it had been nothing but issues so far. They said there was nothing they could do to help me out. Very frustrated. Come to find out, the engine light was for an engine coolant leak amongst other issues. I have spent thousands of dollars in repairs since purchasing the car in May..it has been nothing but a money pit. I've had to have the car towed on THREE separate occasions since I purchased it. Too many issues to list. The dealership has not been helpful at all. Atlanta Auto Brokers does not seem to care about their customers, only the cash they can squeeze out of them. read more

All around, a disappointing experience. I had picked a car out online and dropped by to check it out. After spending 1.5 hours at the dealership, they told me they would have to call me with the financing options. No problem. After 3 more hours, they finally called me and said they had a deal worked out. No problem, I just wanted to know the details. They would not reveal my APR or my payment or anything, just told me to bring my down payment. Why waste my time if I did not even know the logistics of the deal, like it was a big secret? The buying experience was decent. My sales agent Dianne was professional and courteous during the whole process. The typical test drive and financial bargaining or what have you. I would have given it four stars except for the fact that I signed the paperwork yesterday, they were to fix the rear brake pads today, yet it's almost their closing time and I still do not have the car in my possession because of who knows what excuses they'd come up with. I doubt it takes a whole business day to fix rear brakes and clean out a car to have it ready for the buyer, but yet it has taken that long. I don't know if it is because my sales agent was off today, but I am pretty pissed off right now. I guess other people's time doesn't matter to these people. Not to mention that I have to find a ride to bring me to a whole different county in order to pick up the vehicle since I already have one vehicle at home. Not once did I receive a courtesy call letting me know the status of the vehicle. I am the one who contacted them TWICE asking about it, which I find ridiculous. And then I was told that the repair guy went to get a part and it "should" be finished around 7 or 7:30 p.m. They close at 8 p.m. and I live at least 20-30 minutes away. Your customer service needs refreshing because this is unsat and shouldn't have taken this long, and I just hope they put gas in the vehicle because it was basically on "e" when I test drove it and took it to a local mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. I would have chosen no stars if it were not for our salesman, who treated us well. The manager, John Highman, however had THE WORSE service I've experienced. Naturally, the car sales game requires that the manager comes to sell you on why the deal you want is not achievable because overhead and they would be losing etc. John came into the office speaking in car sales terms which I can only assume he thought would not be understood by a layperson. Long story short John said he'd have his 'guy' look at a few things on the vehicle. When we returned the next day, requesting some things be fixed for safety reasons, he back pedaled on the things he said and told us that he didn't want to do the deal because it would take to much. In essence, he wanted us to drive the car off the lot with bald tires, mirrors that did not work and a few other concerns under the guise that it cost the dealership $550 to do the loan so we should take what he was giving us. The car was virtually on empty and when we requested he fill the tank he decided the deal was to much. Did I mention the battery was dead and we requested a new battery. I am appalled that because we were not willing to just buy what you want you don't want the business. I will NEVER go to this dealership again, I will not refer anyone and I hope that anyone that stumbles across this dealership and more specifically Mr. Highman, will spend their money where the customers are valued. read more

I was in the process of buying a car from Atlanta Auto Brokers - spent $132 having it checked out mechanically, got my financing, sold my car, transferred my insurance and while I was sitting at the credit union finalizing the paperwork I got a call from Atlanta Auto Brokers saying someone is putting a deposit down on my car. They knew unequivocally that I was buying it. They had sent me the bill of sale and had also faxed it to my credit union. Long story short the manager refused to correct it and would only talk about helping me after I after I threatened to go to the owner. The sales woman, Dianne, refused to talk pricing until I agreed to allow her to run my credit. She assured me that this would be a "soft hit." Lie #1 After they ran it, I heard the guy in earshot tell her that it is actually a hard hit on my credit. How did she not know this before promising me it was a soft hit?? John couldn't answer that, he said she did know. But he told me it wouldn't effect my credit. Lie #2. I received an email from Credit Karma that my excellent credit dropped 8 points because of and this fiasco!). After the credit hit, Dianne was then ready to talk pricing. She told John and another guy what I wanted to spend. They proceeded to mock and laugh at my price offer while i was obviously in earshot. They knew where I was sitting and I didn't appreciate the bizarre passive-aggressive form of bullying. They were awful to listen to and worse to communicate with face-to-face. They came close to my offer but I was so irritated by the whole experience that I walked. The car was only in decent condition anyway. I bought a BEAUTIFUL Lexus IS250, with less miles, down the street at Select Luxury Auto on Cobb Pkwy... for the price I wanted:). First, I bought from out of state. Second, the vehicle was pretty high-end, so a significant investment to make remotely. Finally, the logistics of moving a vehicle nearly cross country during the holidays were not easy. These guys did a great job! From a mild negotiation, conducted quickly and in good faith, to easy paperwork processing and open communications on timelines, all the way through to supporting the auto shipping company's pickup - Atlanta Auto Brokers offered superb support and transparent communications. I worked with Ryan, and found him to be timely and honest: he called when he said he would, responded to texts, and made what could have been a complicated process very easy. Absolutely horrible!!! Yesterday July 1, 2017 I called Dianne and told her I was interested In a particular car and that I would be in at 2pm. I drove 1 hr from Gwinnett County only to find out that she had already sold the car. No phone call. A courtesy call or some professionalism would have been nice. Then they pawned me off on Ryan who tried to sell me a car that you couldn't even adjust the seat. When I turned that car down he became rude. I was buying a car for my son and willing to pay in full but they treated me like I was just another customer that had bad credit and would take anything just to have a car. Stay away from this train wreck. I really think they are doing a bait and switch just to get you in. read more

UPDATE: Within 12 hours of posting the review, I was contacted by the owner of the dealership. There was an internal miscommunication between the sales manager and himself about the severity of the problem(s) and how much I ended up having to spend on repairs. He apologized for the issues, and confirmed the vehicle had not gone through their internal repair facility to have any outstanding issues corrected. He also asked what could be done to make things right, in my eyes. He offered to cover the repairs, or to take the vehicle back. In the end, I opted to have them buy the vehicle back. They reimbursed me for the repair, refunded my purchase price and all associated fees. I would have bought another vehicle from them to replace the Lexus, if they had had one I was interested in. The owner was genuinely sorry. Acknowledged there was a problem and presented many resolutions. I can say that I will be in touch with these guys in the future when I need another car down the road. Final Thoughts: Being kind goes a long way. Screaming and yelling does no one any good. Rest of review left below for informational purposes. -------------------------------------------------- I bought a car from Atlanta Auto Brokers, what a mistake. I DO NOT recommend that anyone deal with this dealership. The Lexus GX470 I bought from them was not gone through at all as it turned out to have a number of problems within 3 days of me bringing it home, all of which have been VERY costly to fix, and they have done nothing to help offset the expenses, ALL of which would have been caught had they even looked over the vehicle at all. Problem #1: Heater core was broken. The heater core had cracked at some point during the previous owners time with the vehicle. I noticed on day 3 with the vehicle that there was coolant dripping out from under the passenger side door. Further inspection of the vehicle by a mechanic showed that the floorboards were SOAKED in coolant. There was almost 0 coolant left in the system itself. Had I not caught it when I did, the entire motor could have been ruined. This was an ongoing issue, likely for weeks or months before I purchased the vehicle. The heater core was caked in dried coolant. They covered up the smell of coolant with detailing products. Problem #2: The brakes were basically gone on the vehicle. Needed new pads and rotors. Problem #3: Giant leak on the output shaft seal of the transfer case. This would have been IMMEDIATELY visible to them had they even looked under the car. Everything was soaked in gear oil under there. The system was completely empty. Problem #4: Their detailers removed all the panels in the engine bay compartment for cleaning. They never put back any of the plastic clips / screws. Not a major problem, but an annoyance to have to go and track them all down at a dealer. The real troubles began when I started communicating my issues to the dealer afterward. 8/12: I called and requested to speak to a sales manager. The secretary took my info and promised me someone would call me back. I never heard a thing. 8/15: I call back two more times and am told no one can take my call. I explain that I will wait until someone is available. I am put in touch with Greg L. We have a short but pleasant-enough conversation. I explain to him the situation. He wants to look at the vehicle at their shop. The vehicle is not in a drivable state as it is pouring coolant up under the dashboard. He asks for the estimate for the work to be done at the shop it is at. I emailed him a copy. He said he would get back to me that day. No call or email response was received. 8/17: I call back and ask to speak to Greg L. He's not at the office, but my message to call me back is passed on. 5 hours later, hearing no response, I call again, and get through to him after being told he is not available, persistence paid off and I was able to speak with him. He asked for more information, and said he would speak to his boss. I get a call back a few hours later. They will not be covering anything. I informed them that would not be acceptable. They should have caught all of this. He did not care. I informed them that I would be telling my story and experience publicly. He said give him until the next morning to talk it over again with the boss. I even offered to compromise and cover some of the costs myself. 8/18: I waited the entire day, despite being told I would be called back in the morning. 8/19: Negative feedback being reported here, and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Someone should not incur several thousand dollars worth of expenses 3 days into car ownership. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS, no matter how good the photos look, the cars are not worth the hassle. They have an excellent photographer that makes the cars look and seem significantly better than they are in person. read more

Atlanta Auto Brokers was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. The service was horrible, and the quality and value of the cars were misrepresented. In April of this year I bought a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon from AAB for $5,750. They were asking $7,000 for the car initially and they wouldn't offer anything lower than $5,750. The car had some cosmetic damage like a broken glove box, console latch, and pealing tinting, but otherwise was in decent shape. After buying it I immediately took it to my mechanic where I found out the car needed close to $4,000 worth of work, including the following: new brakes, rear brake calipers, four tires; the clutch system had to be cleaned and flushed because there was mud in the clutch system. It needed an oil change (hadn't been done in a long time), four new speakers since the existing ones were dry-rotted and not working correctly (some of the wiring had been ruined), the head unit had to be replaced since it don't work correctly either. I had to replace the timing belt, fuel pump, about four or five different fuses, and the A/C and heater blower stopped working the day I bought it. On top of all that, the transmission was ruined and needed to be replaced, along with the entire clutch system since the mud had damaged it. It took AAB a month to get me a spare tire and jack set. Initially they claimed they had ordered me a tire and that I could come pick it up, but when I arrived they tried to give me a tire that was at least 3 inches shorter than the tires that were on my car. It wasn't until I pulled the tire out of the trunk where they had put the spare claiming it was the right one, and put it up against my actual tired when they admitted they hadn't ordered me a spare but had instead taken that spare out of a Kia they had in the back. After doing some price analysis on 2008 Tiburons and their selling prices per their condition, I have estimated that AAB made between a 45-75% profit margin on the sale. Thankfully my bank has been an advocate for my case in this situation, but AAB has been a nightmare to deal with. They are not a trustworthy dealership and I had to learn this the hard way. Bought my car here about 3 months ago. Drove down to Atlanta from Kentucky to get it. Wasn't impressed that the salesman we talked to didn't keep us updated (or even take our phone call) on whether the vehicle was even still available or not before we left, but we decided to chance it and drive down anyway. Got there and the car was still on the lot, worked out a good deal, everything was fine. According to their staff, I'd get the title in the mail, I had only 30 days to register the new car since I was out of state. 2 months pass and I haven't gotten my title, I paid twice for a extended temp tag, and now I have to park my new car and find an another way to get to and from work because they LOST my title in the mail! When I brought this to their attention (multiple times), they basically brushed it aside. I was promised calls back and even a UPS tracking number for my title that was apparently "in the mail," but never got any of that. Manager was supposed to return my call so I could figure out what the hell was going on, he never did. Then, today they tell me the title won't be ready until this Thursday and that they'll mail the duplicate then (they promised to expedite it originally). When I complained about how THEIR screw up is now affecting how I earn my money, day to day, Jennifer basically told me there was nothing else she could say other than that it would be in the mail soon. It's been a total of 3 months that I've been trying to sort out their screw up, and almost 2 months that I've had to Uber everywhere, on my own dime with no reimbursement since they put me in this situation in the first place. The Customer service at Atlanta Auto Brokers is an absolute joke. I love my car, but will not recommend this dealership to anyone, and DEFINITELY will not be back! Don't you love it when a transaction goes off without a hitch! Me too, however that is often not the case but the real measure of any company and the people that work there is how they handle issues when things go sideways and, boy, can things go sideways. We recently bought my daughters first car - a nice Audi A4 - from Atlanta Auto Broker and while everything went pretty smoothly with the transaction on the way home the Low Oil Pressure light came on! We knew up front that Atlanta Auto Brokers had the oil pump replaced just days before so there was obviously something wrong with the repair. We took the car to the closest Audi dealer and they confirmed the repair had not been done correctly so I reached back out to Atlanta Auto Brokers and they absolutely stepped up to cover the cost of the repair! The car is now running perfectly and I can't say enough about the post-sales service we got from Ryan and the team at Atlanta Auto Brokers. read more

As a follow up, I ended up reporting them to the better business bureau and received a response to BBB from AAB saying they did no wrongdoing and made it out that I was misunderstanding them. A couple weeks later we received a call from them requesting us to sign and send back a form that they will email to us which we never received. A few days later we received a check. Worst experience by far. I rate the dealership as 1 star only due to the stellar customer service provided by Terry Holmes. I certainly can not say the same for the so called manager "John Highman" [what a name for a guy who suffers from little man complex] John is very arrogant to say the least. John decides to disallow the approval of the sale of a vehicle simply because he got emotional during the negotiation process. In my experience of being a consumer, it's typically the consumer who attempts to negotiate the best cost savings possible while the dealer looks for every possible loop hole to make as much profit as possible. After trying to negotiate a cash deal, needless to say John refused to accept a cash offer ($4,250) that was a few hundred dollars less than the asking price ($4,995). At this point I decided to do a finance deal (pay half & finance the rest) - by the way the fair market value of the vehicle ('01 Lexus ES300; 130K miles) is about $4,250. Well let's just say that trying to negotiate replacement windshield wipers, a full tank of gas & the repair of broken sideview mirrors pushed little man to the edge. He wouldn't even consider replacing the bald tires that were on the car (suggested we finance them as part of the loan for the vehicle). His final statement was that the deal was too difficult for him & he was choosing not to do it.
