Damage to bumper ! Vehicle proven to have been in accident

I would personally like to Thank Dan and Arron for their assistance in purchasing a vehicle from VIPKARS. Oct. 27 Update. Just a bit of advice before you purchase the vehicle take it to your own body shop and mechanic to have it looked over. Do not purchase and then take it after purchasing because VIPKARS will not take care of any repair.  I took the vehicle to have it looked over 4 days after the purchase. In doing so I was told I needed an alignment and the vehicle had been in an accident and the front bumber had been cut at the bottom and the bottom cover was not attached because it had been cut off! After speaking with the (Manager) I was inform they would only offer a discount on any repairs. Because I was offered to have the vehicle looked at prior to taking it. The CARFAX report had no reported accidents !

PSA: Don't Fall for the "DriveADream" Lemon Trap…read more If you are looking at a manufacturer buyback or lemon-titled vehicle from DriveADream, be aware of the deceptive pricing tactics used to mask the true value of their inventory. 1. The "MSRP" Illusion DriveADream markets their cars as "thousands off MSRP." This is a classic bait-and-switch. They are comparing the price of a used, branded-title car to a factory-fresh sticker price. A fair comparison is against other used cars with similar mileage and clean titles. 2. Predatory Pricing A lemon-titled vehicle typically carries a 25-40% valuation penalty. DriveADream frequently lists lemons at the same price as clean-titled counterparts. For instance, they are currently listing Kia EV9 lemons for ~$40,000--the same price Kelly Blue Book lists for a clean title. 3. The Insurance Gap (The Hidden Cost) They will tell you the car is "better than new" because it's been inspected, but your insurance company won't care. If you total a car you bought for $40,000 that has a lemon title, the insurance payout will be based on the branded value--roughly $24,000. You will be instantly underwater by $16,000 the moment you drive off the lot. The Bottom Line: Don't let "luxury" branding distract you from the math. If you aren't getting at least 30% off the used market value, you aren't getting a deal--you're getting scammed.

One of the biggest issues is that they force you to pay for "Grand Care," which costs $3,262.41. The problem is you don't really know what that even includes -- they can describe it however they want, and you're basically expected to accept it without any clear breakdown. On top of that, their documentation fee is $999, which is extremely unreasonable. The average doc fee in Georgia normally ranges from about $599 to $699, so they're charging well above what's typical. Then when it comes to your trade-in, they go out of their way to undervalue your vehicle. They even use the excuse, "Well, since we're not a major dealership, we have to recoup somehow," as if that justifies shortchanging you. The warning signs were there from the start. When I walked in, I saw a woman who was visibly upset saying, "You all like to play mind games," before she declined to buy a car. I honestly should have taken that as a sign and left right then. The entire experience felt unprofessional, almost like doing business behind a fast-food restaurant instead of an actual dealership. Every time I said something, the salesman would disappear into the back, return with paperwork, and the information would be completely wrong. Once we finally agreed on a number, I thought the deal was set -- but even then, the actual numbers were off by a huge amount. To be fair, the salesman wasn't rude, but that still doesn't make up for how they operate. If you decide to go there, just know that even if you negotiate what seems like a decent deal, they will find a way to justify why you won't actually get the best price. By the time they add all their fees and mark-ups, you're already $4,000 to $6,000 in the hole before they even start processing the paperwork.

He mentioned that the vehicle had been sitting on the lot since January and asked if they could come down a few thousands. Torri agreed to $52,000 and told my husband that we could move forward. Based on that conversation, I planned to come in and finalize the deal. When I arrived at the dealership on 4/25, I asked for Marlo, the salesperson I had been working with. I told him I was ready to complete the application, that I was already pre-approved through Capital One, and that we had agreed on a price of $52,000. He left to "confirm" with management and came back with another associate who completely changed the story. They told me they could not honor that price and instead tried to offer a discount on warranty and financing. When I explained that my husband had already spoken directly with Torri and agreed on $52,000, they stepped away again. Shortly after, they returned and claimed that Torri said he never agreed to that price and that my husband was only told to come in and discuss options. That is simply not true--I personally heard the original conversation. I couldn't believe the blatant lies. At that point, I chose to walk away. This experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading from the start. Clear communication and integrity matter, especially for a purchase of this size. Unfortunately, this dealership did not demonstrate either.

(They had only been open for an hour, and I checked availability the evening before.) I was ready to walk out, but guess what, the SUV was still there! The story was the person supposedly buying it lived out of state, and they were haggling on financing so "technically", it was still available. I made an offer (based on actually seeing and driving it which I hadn't been allowed to do). I had a bottom-line number in mind, including trade, fees, and tax (all cash). The sales manager came back with his number, and we were far apart. The only thing he would wiggle on was a clear coat they supposedly added to the car for around $900, and he deducted it, a sales tactic where they act like they're giving you something when they really aren't. He also balked at my KBB trade-in value even though my trade had low mileage. They use a dealers' "black book" and offered me $900 less. By now, I was done so I went to get my keys. After reminding the salesperson I had no opportunity to test drive the vehicle, the sales manager offered to have her bring it to my house later that day for a test drive. (Why not just let me drive it while I was there? ) If everything was to my satisfaction, the sale could be done electronically. But this is where this entire scenario gets laughable: Ten minutes before she was scheduled to arrive, I got this text: Hi I'm sorry I won't be there. Someone hit me while I was driving from behind Seriously? ALM Ford is still offering this SUV on all the auto websites, including their own, with a history of no accidents or damage. No out-of-state buyer has driven off with it. This whole thing was fishy from the get-go. I don't trust ALM Ford and will NEVER car shop there again.

First of all there are two things I hate most in the world...... Funerals and buying a car. Why? Because at a funeral someone is lying in a casket and at a dealership someone is lying to your face. Well, my experience with Enterprise Car Sales was the total opposite of what I just described. Andrew was my salesperson. He was great. I came there looking for a Toyota Highlander XLE that I saw on the website but it had been relocated to the Duluth location. Then I saw and test drove this black 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited RWD with the panoramic sunroof. That I believe was on September 2nd on September 4th I drove off the lot in the Jeep. Quality of the vehicle so far so good. Andrew and John were easy and a relief to do business with. It wasn't until I called around asking if mechanics came to dealerships that I learned that no, they do not. I would have to bring the car to them. When I told this to Reggie, he then.game me paperwork to fill out to take the vehicle to be inspected. Why couldn't he just led with this in the first place? After inspection it was found that the back brakes were not functioning safely and the air conditioning needed repairing. I took it back with the price quoted me to fix it and said I would purchase the 2011 Ford Escape if they took off the cost quoted to me so I could take it for repair. They then informed me that they would send the vehicle to their location in Lawrenceville to have the repairs done. To make a long story short, Reggie didn't seem confident or very knowledgeable in response to many of the questions I had. On a positive note, he did call back to update me on the status of vehicle AFTER I called to say I hadn't heard anything back during the span of time given to me by the manager of the shop.
