When I spoke with the owner, I was told the cleaning fee was because moving pads had not been folded and the fuel charge was automatic because it was below a quarter of a tank. I stated that I drove the truck 29 miles and refilled with 5 gallons of fuel - which was more than I used. Owner refused to do anything! I definitely will not give my business to Frisco Auto Exchange again. I prefer to deal with local businesses that actually care about fairness, honesty, and customer service.

Then year two with them was not as great. I felt more like a number and honestly the service reps felt a little slimy as a female bringing my car in. However I am happy to report this past year I saw it getting better again, on several times of bringing my car in I was met by Christian who was well mannered and kind, always had a smile on his face. I should mention I could drive one mile to the Dallas Audi dealership however I choose to drive 40 miles north to McKinney. I recently brought my q5 in for an engine light on and i got a loaner car without issue. I picked it up a few days later and on my way home my engine light came back on. The next day the head of service reached out and asked how my service went. I forgot her name but I let her know the engine light came back on, on my way home. She was so empathetic and let me know she would send someone to me in Dallas with a loaner car and pick up my car. It was amazing that I didn't have to take time off work to bring my suv back. She also apologized and when the service manager for my car, Michael (literally the best service manager to work with!) called me he said they would test drive my car many times so that it will have the computer reset many times to make sure the engine light would not turn back on. Which they did and they fixed everything and when my car was ready they delivered it to where I was and picked up the loaner. Another crisis avoided and taken care of by this dealership, not me. Now, I have run multiple businesses and I hated it when customers would leave a review without allowing me to at least be giving the chance to fix it. We are humans and mistakes happen and companies should be judged on how they react to a problem when given the information. I also recently got a large toll bill and when I called Sewell Josh from service took care of it. Simple and easy. Every person I interacted with even when the tech looked over my car again and sent the video, apologized and made it right. I honestly don't know how they could have done anything better!? At the end of the day cars and people are both unpredictable and somehow Sewell McKinney took care of both for me, without issue. I will never go to any other dealership nor should you!!

He arranged the replacement & date of service thru their service dep't. As a courtesy he also arranged drop off to my residence & pick up thru the dealership by Uber. Upon dropping off the Tahoe, I inquired if he could check the rattling noise on the instrument panel & he agreed to have his technician check it & an estimate of repairs for a fee of @$200. With which I signed a fee & he would call me back if we would authorize the once his tech had checked it. I dropped the vehicle off @10 AM & as promised I was back home by 10:50. Mike called back & provided me with a complete estimate that was way too much for the our current actual value of the vehicle. I showed to the prepared estimate by Mike & it was not reasonable bc our Tahoe had @ 140K miles. We had already a @$3K invested in it & now was it was time to utilize our Tahoe as a trade in for a newer model. Granted our Tahoe endured much use from Colorado to TX & was a backup vehicle for our family when needed. Thank Mike to help us & he even my estimate fee! Good: Trustworthy Bad: N/A…read moreOverall: My default car repair company My vehicle started making a terrible grinding sound that made me concerned I may do damage if I continued driving it. I called a few places to get an idea of a quote for what I thought was likely the cause. The dealer gave a quote that was significantly higher than Integrity. I expected this but it really was surprising how much more. Another repair shop wouldn't even venture a guess, despite my acknowledgement that without seeing it, any suggestion was based on a lot of assumptions that could be wrong. I had my vehicle towed to the shop right before a snow storm was forecasted. They told me it would likely be looked at after the storm passed, but they were able to look at it the same day. They found that I made a mistake I made that cause a bolt to come loose. This was the cause of the noise. They charged me for a bolt and 30 minutes of work. They could have easily made the repair I expected with a significantly higher cost. They called to explain what they found and tell me it was ready. I cannot speak to cost because my resolution was so easy it didn't require long to fix. However the honesty they displayed impressed me. This shop is now a place I will visit when I need help. The complexity of issues I may face with my vehicle means that I could be fleeced, but they earned my trust.

Sure, still charged me $185 for diagnosis. Thought I was getting taken for a ride by my Carmax warranty because they were only willing to pay $66 towards the $160 charge for the part. Turns out that is exactly what the part retails for, checked AutoZone and genuine Chevy parts online. This place doubled down, they reserve the right to mark up the parts as they choose on some margin they weren't able to disclose to me, wouldn't tell me how much they paid for my part, just that they weren't gonna budge on what they charged me. Ladies, make sure you ask ALL the questions, don't let anyone think you don't know what you're talking about before you leave your car with a mechanic shop like this one.

Absolutely stole $400+ from me…read more Visited them in September 2023 because my A/C was not working properly. They informed it was just time to recharge the refrigerant and it would be around $430. I said this seemed steep and they said it would be $120 if I did nothing and just picked the car back up for their diagnostic fee, they gave a big pitch about why it cost so much for this type of refrigerant and their work includes a warranty and yada yada. I said fine go ahead. At which point I looked up Autozone's cost for a can of the refrigerant with a gauge and it was $150. So I called them to tell them not to do the work, I would just do it myself. A full 8 minutes had passed and they said "sorry, he's already finished and parking it now." $430 for 8 minutes of work must be nice especially when they don't stand behind it at all. Fast forward to the end of February, it finally had a day warm enough for me to turn my a/c on again and now it's doing the same thing it was when I brought it in. Called them up and they said yes I'm still in the warranty. Take the car in. They determine there is indeed a leak in the valve and argued with me for having the car for a few months since the last time, I informed them that the months between September and February are known as winter and I hadn't been using the A/C. They agreed to honor their service warranty and fix the leak but asked me to pay for the lost refrigerant which is magically now only $108 lol. I was about to resign and agree when Kyle kept on about how the leak wasn't present in September, I told him I think it could have been because that's a big coincidence, at which point he then scoffs and said FINE WE WILL JUST FIX IT THEN. When I went to pick up the car he handed me the card for another mechanic as a way to say he didn't want my business anymore, which was never ever ever in danger anyway. Now HERE I AM JUST A FEW WEEKS LATER and guess what isn't working again? So congratulations on the $430 for a job you clearly did not do. I'll find somewhere else to fix it this time. If this was the type of service I provided in my work I would be ashamed of myself. I cannot recommend against them strongly enough, they should scrape the "Honest" sign off their building and just be Negative One Auto Care because that's what you get with them.

Communication is key with managing my vehicle's mechanical issues. When you work 7-5, you have to create options for how to get to/from work/home. My vehicle was to be ready Tuesday by 1700. At 1700 I had to call and ask for a status. Yesterday (Tuesday) said it would be ready around 1000 today (Wednesday). It is 1330 now and no call. I am concerned with how well I can trust this place now. Now I'm worried about how well the work is. CURRENT: Owner and operator personally called and worked out my schedule concerns and literally setup delivery for my vehicle. Explained information that created the problem and shared their plan to avoid recurring schedule concerns. The behavior I experienced from Mr Trevor is more than I expected but appreciated greatly.
