Absolutely fantastic work! Chase (the owner) and his team were always on time, finished the work on schedule, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and did clean, high-quality work. I did a ton of research prior to picking a solar company and am so glad we decided to go with All Tech. Call them now--or, if you're like me, keep reading so you can hear how our system worked PERFECTLY in an SDGE power/grid shutoff. We are in Ramona and about 2 months after All Tech finished the work, SDGE shut off the power in Ramona for 3 days. Talk about awesome timing. We were NEVER without power!! We didn't even know SDGE shut off the power! The neighbors wondered why our houselights were still on when everyone else's on the street shut off. Had I not received their texts, I wouldn't have known the grid was down. Someone even wanted to come over and finish their laundry, haha! As expected/promised, the batteries charged 100% during the day (even when we didn't see the sun all day - cloudy) and kept us running overnight without any issues, while the sun (solar panels) powered us during the day. Many of our neighbors were running generators but had to leave their doors/windows open when it was super cold out just to power their fridge/freezers, etc... The install was impeccably timed, but the best part is the system worked as promised. Chase even texted me the day they shut off power to see if everything was working ok!! Talk about stellar customer support!! If you need solar, batteries, or anything else All Tech can do, they truly value their customers and do amazing work. Look no further, call them and get it booked today!! Phenomenal work, products, and customer support - these guys are the best!

Unfortunately, once you use a solar company you're stuck dealing with them wether you want to or not. Alltech refused to consider additional service due to my previous negative review. So to add injury to insult this company not only refused to address first complaint, I now have to find another solar company to address additional solar needs. Alltech customer service is deplorable.

We have been trying to reach them for a more than month through emails about faulty solar panel replacement. They don't reply to email or phone call or texts. And everyday they delay it, we lose energy due the faulty panel .

    Clean install.

Awesome work by Alltech Solar. Same day install. Clean, professional work. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to have solar installed. Passed inspection and approval from SDGE without issue. Inspector was impressed at how neatly everything was done. Easily my best investment!

    Bullying message

My advice - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALLTECH SOLAR! They are a highly unprofessional establishment that doesn't understand the concept of basic manners and customer service; and thinks that doing business means disappearing right after getting paid, bullying and intimidating customers. As soon as they first showed up to install the panels and took the first deposit, our bad experiences began: They drilled holes right into the front wall of our house (next to the front door) to install the ugly electric box with all the pipes and tubes going to and from it. We were not aware of this set up and when we politely inquired about it, Chase (the owner) immediately started pointing fingers at us and blaming us for not bringing it up beforehand. I am not quite sure how you bring something up in advance if you don't even know about it. Having a huge and ugly thing installed by your front door is pretty significant and worth at least mentioning to the property owners. That's what we would expect but didn't want to have a big argument about that and instead wanted to have a constructive discussion about other available options, to see if the box could be installed elsewhere in a more conspicuous location. In response, the contractor just called the layout of our house 'weird' and said it was the only place for the box. Since he is supposed to be an expert, we went with that recommendation. Thinking about it now, maybe we should get an expert opinion from a third party to confirm this assessment, to make sure the contractor did not simply say that to avoid the responsibility of cleaning up the mess and redoing the work (we will be looking into that). Shortly after the installation was complete, we discovered that one of the panels was malfunctioning. When we notified the contractor, they were extremely unresponsive and slow, until they finally disappeared and stopped responding to our emails and calls. It's been 4.5 months now since we reported the issue and there is still no resolution and no time estimate. My husband left them a negative Yelp review, after which the owner started threatening us and said our claim is now on hold until the review is taken down. To top it all off, their demeanor is very unprofessional. Every time they come in, they break or uproot plants in our patio. We understand that things happen, but in a civilized world, you let property owners know. And they come across as very impolite, almost angry looking, as if you stole $15,000 from them. Chase might not understand that but not everything in this world is about money and material benefits. They will probably keep intimidating us and keep refusing to honor the transaction. They will most likely not assist us with submitting the manufacturer's warranty claim and make us jump through all those hoops (looks like it's part of their bullying tactic). We still have to do what's right. The Yelp review is not going down. We will actually keep updating our review with any new information and helpful tips to help other customers in a similar situation. We will also leave a review on Google and any other pertinent platforms. We will probably work with the manufacturer warranty provider directly. If they deny for any reason, we will have to go after Alltech Solar. We are also submitting our contract to our attorney today for review to see what our options are. We will explore all and any options available to us. There are legal options. There are also professional trade options, like the Contractors State License Board, etc... etc... While going through that process, we will keep updating our reviews. We are also happy to assist other mistreated customers in any way we can, with anything we've learned along the way (feel free to direct message us).

I had an excellent experience with Alltech Solar! If you are looking for a local, family-owned solar installer, I highly recommend this company. They install top-of-the-line solar panels, micro inverters, and offer a full turnkey installation. Julian was a very knowledgeable, responsive, and low-pressure salesman. He was able to answer all of my technical and non-technical questions. Further, his answers lined up with my own research on solar panels, micro-inverters, and installation scenarios. It was refreshing working with a salesman that was extremely passionate about and had a detailed understanding of the products he was selling. It was clear that he stays on top of the latest solar regulations, market trends, and technology. Chase is the business owner and lead installer. He was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Chase himself took the final measurements of our roof for the panel layout. He also did the wiring for the solar system on the day of the install. Given he is actively involved with the installation of the systems, I found that his response times could be slightly delayed. However, given he is running a small business and is also out in the field, I thought it was all within reason. The installation itself went smoothly and the finished product looks and works great!

main banks of panels -- we went for maximum and had a few additional panels in other lcoations.

We purchased a new home in Carmel Valley in March of 2022 and knew we wanted solar panels installed. We ask friends and neighbors, and had seen several different vendor trucks in the neighborhood, but one recommendation stood out: Alltech Solar. We contacted them first and were very impressed with their demonstrated knowledge of the industry, the products, the implications of net metering and the various manufacturers and design / solution options. Their first proposal, informed by our (maximalist) needs, was spot on and we moved forward, getting in a 7 ti 9 week queue. Their design, permitting, county / city approvals, inspections and installation processes were flawless, transparent and highly professional. It was a joy to watch their crew work -- these folks have clearly done this hundreds of times before, and were only getting better. We were up and running, with permission to operate by SDGE right on schedule with a hookup for a new electric car and "free" electricity for life. The family business is well run, has great, skilled and dedicated employees, and charges a fair price. A major manufacturer tried to temp us with a lower price and faster availability, but the lower price was really for a less robust design, and i was the fact that neighbors had been happy with Alltech from start to finish on their projects meant we were never tempted. I have them my highest possible recommendation -- peace of mind, top of the line products, full warrantees and (most importantly) people who really know their business. Why do it any other way? thanks, Chase, Ken and the entire crew!
